Position: Associate Producer, Episodic

Position Summary
Company 3 is looking for an Associate Producer, Episodic to join its team! The Associate Producer will assist producers in WO and task creation, & job spec wrangling. They will work with the production team to manage project SAN space.
Main Duties
The Associate Producer will confirm all material needed for project has arrived and has been forwarded to the appropriate individual(s). They will generate prep and post status reports as well as actualizing and billing out work orders.
Interface with client if required materials for jobs are missing (i.e. rough cut, drives, etc.)
- Coordinate with Operations the rental and installations of any additional resources needed for projects.
- Verifying project prep for any issues and/or missing items, and communicating them with the Producer and client.
- Work with Producer and assistants to troubleshoot any session related problems.
- Assist in greeting and escorting clients to the bays upon arrival.
- Assist in checking in on artists, clients, assists, and client services on a regular basis to make sure the session is well supported. The client should feel the producer’s presence and know that you are taking care of them.
- Ensuring all work orders and tasks are filled out and submitted, following up where needed. Actualize work orders for Producers sign off.
What You Bring
The Associate Producer will bring previous experience in TV Post Production. They will bring knowledge of digital capture cameras and files.
- Background and/or knowledge of offline editing.
- Avid and/or FCP experience.
- File based workflow experience.
- Media Pulse and/ or post production scheduling software experience.
- Post scheduling experience.
