Maclean Moore are recruiting for a Creative Producer for a remote role for one of our consultancy clients.
This is role is part of an exciting growth plan with recent investments coming in to the business and is a real opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer to implement their own ideas and processes in to an established XR consultancy.
Day to day:
- Manage the production process including scoping briefs, scheduling and budget management
- Be client facing: pitching and spotting new business opportunities
- Manage accounts to ensure creative outputs exceed client expectation
- Understand and produce work on brand to the highest standards
- Meeting with clients when necessary (remote working other than this)
In return:

- Salary of £30,000 – £40,000 p/a dependent on experience

• Assist in organising shoots and provide on-site support as needed
• Handle administrative duties including tracking invoices, prepping reports, and managing data
• Maintain scheduling, time-off, and project timelines in collaboration with production leadership
• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline
Requirements
• Experience in production, coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn across departments
• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail
Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
