Job Description
A new short film is casting actors and crew for an upcoming, story-driven project based on real-life experiences. The film explores themes of pain, leadership, and purpose, following a young man from East London as he navigates responsibility, growth, and the chance to redefine his future. This project is the production team’s first short film and is being developed with the potential for future streaming opportunities.

An in-person casting and crew introduction day will give interested participants the opportunity to meet the creative team, learn more about the film, and apply for available roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform or contribute to a narrative short film production

• Collaborate with the producer and director in a creative environment

• Participate in discussions, auditions, or introductions during the casting day

• Support a story focused on character development and authentic experiences

Requirements

• Open to actors and crew members

• Interest in narrative, purpose-driven storytelling

• Comfortable participating in an in-person introduction and casting session

• Available to work on an independent short film project

• Passion for film, collaboration, and creative growth

Compensation
