WE ARE FAMILY is looking for a mid to senior level Creative Event Producer to join our team for a minimum of 3 days per week starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate would need to be available to assist onsite when required.
Who Are You?
You are a hardworking, enthusiastic and knowledgeable event producer who has a dual brain for creative and production. You are proactive and self-motivated; able to work across multiple projects and feel comfortable within the fast paced, high pressure environment of events. You are able to perform without assistance, and are recognised as a resource to others. You can juggle your own schedule of work and pivot across many others. You are highly organised with an eye for the detail.
You have extensive experience within budgeting and pitching, creative problem-solving, communicating, document management, managing a team and delegating tasks. You thrive under pressure and are always a cool calm head.
You are client facing, and able to navigate clients from brief to delivery, with an exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients and suppliers, as well as with your team.
You have a keen interest in all things creative and are up to date with suppliers, current trends and how to achieve delivery within budgets. You are a creative thinker and bring that to all you do.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years’ event production experience.
