$$$

We’re looking for a hyper-organised individual who’s passionate about YouTube, who can dive in head first, drive projects forward, create processes and oversee every project from inception to finish. In this role you will be a key team player in executing on our huge goals for the next few years.

If you think you’ve got the experience to take on the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Company information

What started in 2019 as two mates on a mission to live life and document it all quickly turned into one of the UK’s fastest growing YouTube channels. After taking on strange traditions, cheap travel challenges and the fashion behemoths, one viral video catapulted the channel into rapid growth and we’ve not stopped since!

In perhaps the most exciting time yet, the channel is about to re-launch with a rebrand and is looking to accelerate past 1 million subscribers whilst continuing to innovate on game changing new ideas and formats that will continue to captivate and build our passionate audience across the globe!

Responsibilities:

Your job will be to take these crazy ideas and turn them into reality. As a creative producer you’ll be a key pillar of the team, responsible for building on and leading the planning/production of all our crazy ideas. You will be a collaborator of game changing content ideas, with a creative flair and thirst to continually figure out exactly what works on YouTube alongside us, whilst also keeping on top of the demanding shoot and edit schedules.

Our aim internally this year is bigger than growth, we want to really build an understanding of what content and our ideas the audience want to see, how to tell the stories in the most captivating way, and continually innovate on new ideas and ways of doing things.

Our struggle on this mission has been keeping up with regularly posting and moving new ideas through the production process sustainably whilst filming and editing. This is where you’ll come in.

As the Creative Producer you will play an essential role in every project, taking ideas from conception, planning, shoot, to post, with opportunities to take ownership of work, help be a pivotal early member of the team, creating content that reaches millions around the world.

We are a small but mighty team of doers. This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs most ambitious YouTube channels as we take our creations to the next level. We are really looking for a curious, ambitious, fearless, self-starter to help push the limits on what can be done on the platform and beyond.

Must haves:

  • Substantial experience as a Video Producer with a track record of hands-on, creation of great, unscripted, social-first video.
  • Knowledge of creators and current video trends- or willingness to learn this quickly
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient – You will be able to demonstrate great planning skills, and have the ability to manage and drive forward several projects at one time. You’ll know how to prioritise your workload and deliver to a deadline.
  • Experience managing a small team/projects – Setting deadlines, keeping members of the team aligned with their deadlines.
  • Someone who is eager to continuously learn and develop understanding, on a platform that is ever changing.
  • Someone with experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
  • A can-do approach – Part of your job will be exploring possibilities that are relatively untrodden. Projects may be met with resistance or require a can-do approach to solve or convince others with.
  • An ambitious individual who is confident with decision making.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Eligible to work in the UK. Based in London.

Preferred skills:

  • A passionate person who is well versed in the content creation world, embedded in online culture and YouTube and passionate about your area of expertise.
