This person must be organized and fastidious, has a journalist-approach to nosiness and research, and loves spotting up and coming talent that we can potentially integrate into our social impact campaigns.

This is a part-time role that has potential to transition into a full-time position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with the team on talent and influencer engagement across clients
  • Support on tracking and reporting for influencer engagement campaigns 
  • Conduct research on influencers for campaigns of various sizes 
  • Support on influencer engagement strategy and ideation 
  • Create outreach and campaign materials (i.e. outreach language and creative briefs)
  • Support communication with the talent teams (agents, managers, publicists, etc) for logistics coordination as needed
  • Track ongoing influencer outreach with project management tools
  • Support with talent invoicing 
  • Manage contracts and creator agreements with talent teams

DOCUMENT ME

In Social Boom we’re always in conversations with passionate creators online and in-person. You’ll be with me every step of the way documenting meetings, meetups and masterclasses (again think GaryVee style content).

You’ll travel with me, both locally and internationally at times (including places such as Orlando) recording the journey and making every day. It’s gonna be a wild ride 🙂

EDITING

You’ll turn all that raw footage into viral content using Final Cut. You’ll need a keen eye for the ‘big aha’ moments and be able to condense long form footage into short, meaningful clips.

You’ll also need a fast and effective editing style for high volume output – if you haven’t edited before we can teach you but you’ll need a can-do PROACTIVE approach at all times.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to do something that’s utterly different than anything you’ve seen before, have a wild time and learn an immense amount as you go.

As we work together I’ll be teaching you content creation, videography, photography, entrepreneurial skills, client management, high performance mindset techniques, marketing skills and more.
