Job Overview:
The Cast Member is responsible for entertaining guests in a haunted attraction setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    *Rehearses assigned role and performs the role consistently for guests. *Portray assigned character as stated on the Actor Hot Sheet. This includes: characterization, lines, makeup, and costumes. *Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area. *Meet scheduling and availability requirements. *Protect costumes from abuse or damage. Report all issues to the Costume Director. *Ensure general housekeeping including green room, make-up area, costume area and bathrooms. *Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. *Comply with the Code of Ethics and Workplace Harassment policy. *Any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

    *Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time. *Ability to work in dark and confined spaces. *Ability to speak loudly. *Ability to move quickly from one spot to another. *Ability to perform repetitive actions in a controlled and safe manner. *Ability to listen to others, take direction and take constructive criticism. *Reliability, flexibility and punctuality.

Creative Producer


Position Summary

JetBlue Corporate Communications is looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team as we embrace a future where our creative storytelling contributes to our goal of becoming the world’s most caring travel provider. In this role, you will work closely with our Creative Manager, Corporate Communications, as well as the broader Corporate Communications team. You will collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and other teams throughout JetBlue to create dynamic and engaging video content across a variety of executions.

The Creative Producer will be responsible for all aspects of original video creation and production that bolsters JetBlue’s reputation and is distributed internally and/or externally through the HelloJetBlue intranet, On The Fly mobile app, and/or JetBlue social channels.

Your responsibilities as Creative Producer will include pre-production planning, production staffing, and post-production editing for the following types of content including, but not limited to: leadership communications, documentary storytelling, short-form mobile-optimized content for social channels, brand marketing features, and event sizzle reels.

You are a creative thinker with organizational skills and an eye for design who takes an active role in the brainstorming and ideation of integrated content solutions. You are a creative voice in the creation of content, communicating with Creative Manager and the creative team to address client notes, meet deadlines and exceed expectations and elevate our video creative to new levels.

This position reports to the Manager Creative, Corporate Communications.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Shoot, produce, and edit original video from concept to completion
  • Proactively pitch original video concepts and series aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Assist in pre-production and planning responsibilities including, but not limited to; script, storyboards, location scouts, casting, project schedules, securing of proper equipment, release forms, and finalizing all other preparations for production
  • Assist in all aspects of production including, but not limited to, setup, operation and breakdown of sound, video and lighting equipment, conducting interviews, following shot list and identifying other opportunities for supporting b-roll, coordinating and directing others on set, handling all rights issues and releases on all shoots, and gracefully addressing on-set client or participant requests or requirements
  • Attend events and key reputational activations for the company to capture original video footage, b-roll, photography, interviews, often editing a final video on-site timed to news events
  • Collaborate with contracted production companies or freelancers on projects as needed, providing creative guidance and helping to orchestrate production logistics
  • Follow standard practices to optimize different versions across JetBlue’s internal and social channels
  • Bring a social-first perspective and experience to produce and edit original video treatments and concepts, including GIFs and animation, ensuring top-quality production value and editing for each video
  • Align video delivery with the existing editorial and social calendar, ensuring external video content standards are consistent
  • Recommend and implement updates and improvements based on new production technology, and animation/graphic trends
  • Photograph internal and external events and manage the digital asset library
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant experience.
  • One (1) year of creative services experience
  • Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department
  • Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere CC and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) as related to Premiere
  • Ability to set up a studio shoot, camera, audio, lighting, seamless, etc.
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, conversions, and codecs
  • Experience with creative editing, online, finishing, including color correction and audio mixing/sweetening, mastering and occasional compositing/rotoscoping
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • May require occasional late-night and weekend work
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (25%)
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located


Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of creative services experience
  • A passionate storyteller and problem solver who is committed to producing exceptional work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
  • Understanding of editorial-related systems, effects plug-ins, digital media routing and storage, audio boards and mixing, decks, scopes, monitors and related editorial equipment
  • Knowledge of basic captioning and localization processes (i.e. creation of subtitles and dubbed audio) as this role may apply subtitle and caption files to all platform assets
  • Familiarity of optimization and best-practices for specs on social channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram as well broadcast and theatrical
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can deliver last-minute requests and projects

Straight To Tell is hiring a creative producer with a passion and an expertise for project management, creative production, storytelling and the public good to manage our team of creatives. The Creative Producer will work closely with the Studio Director, Director of Creative Operations, and Creative Director to support film/video projects, animation, and general production.

Role Overview:

Manage pre-production, production, and post-production; developing production budgets and schedules, project managing client work for the creative team, facilitating client’s creative vision and needs, working closely with exec producers and other key stakeholders, as well as in-house editors and management to ensure all assets go out on time and are up to studio standards. In addition, sourcing and hiring crew members for productions and analyzing, maintaining, and improving project management processes, systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and staff for creative client work.
  • Oversee post-production, coordinating, budgets, hirings, music clearance, submissions to film festivals, etc.
  • Manage all film/video and animation project communications (with clients and partners), document meeting notes and ensure the team is briefed and the project is on-track.
  • Manage external communications including preparing contracts, sending agreements, tracking status and collecting releases, sending and tracking invoices for applicable projects etc.
  • Execute logistics – T&C waivers, music clearances, budgets, talent contracts, coordinating with guests, etc.
  • Produce in-studio special projects. That may include overseeing video, animation, and design projects, podcasts, or events.
  • Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to oversee story recruiting efforts for testimonial-based campaigns. This includes confirming appearance releases, confirming campaign messaging goals are being followed, and track interview counts.

Jellysmack is seeking a highly motivated and organized Creative Producer to join our growing team in Los Angeles focusing on content featuring, but not limited to, storytelling (Killer Bites, Unfiltered Stories & Supermission), true crime, animals and nature. The Creative Producer will craft the vision for content using data that reflects a deep understanding of the audience to produce engaging and overperforming content that directly reaches the unique audience of each platform. Working with Leads at HQ in Paris, the Creative Producer will ensure that the content achieves the objectives for each performance metric and ultimately reaches the revenue goals set for the business. This role will work across existing originals as well as develop new series. They will act as Director and Producer on set, working closely with on-camera talent, as well as follow the episode through post production. This person will work in the creative development, talent sourcing and performance analysis of our social video content. This role works with Creative Leads, Partnerships, Content Strategy, and Partner Success to drive creative decisions using data-based success metrics to analyze social media video content, while ensuring content meets quality standards.

The Responsibilities

The Creative Producer will be creative, with production sensibilities, and responsible for creative and post production, and successfully deploying and monetizing the videos for each platform. They will work with post production to make sure the content meets creative standards, and work with Production Management to ensure content is delivered on time and produced within budget. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, creative, organized and motivated person who has experience and interest in storytelling, true crime, animals and nature. Working with Leads in Paris, they will create the vision for the content that reflects a deep understanding of the type of programming that over performs with each unique platform.   • Write scripts, workshop with talent and teams, give notes to editors
  • Keep informed on true crime stories and current events to create topical content

  • Collaborate with video editors to review cuts and episode edits for Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram and any other emerging platforms
  • Assist the analytics team with data gathering and evaluation of video performance
  • Take data analytics and apply them to creative to produce over performing content that drives revenue and keeps costs low
  • Act as the internal communicator amongst various departments disseminating information regarding creative, deadlines and status updates; update internal trackers and project management documents as needed
  • Create timelines for internal milestones, including scheduling internal and external creative kickoff meetings
  • Oversee the shoot and production crew and/or work with third-party Production Companies to ensure that everyone is clear on creative expectations for any given shoot
  • Cultivate strong relationships with talent and representatives ensuring high-level collaboration, authentic creative, and smooth productions
  • Liaise with Production to marry content strategies with physical production ensuring that content comes in at or under budget and legal guidelines are adhered to; track on set production spending and communicate actuals to Production Management

  • Continually explore and work to implement alternative remote production resources and simplify workflows to create financial and production efficiencies

Requirements

The Qualifications

This person must be serious about video performance and able to make data informed decisions and recommendations on areas of improvement at every phase of the publishing process.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience producing digital video production with high profile brands or creators; solid understanding of native digital talent
  • Possesses a deep understanding of Facebook, Snapchat and other emerging social platforms with knowledge of the talent, entertainment, sports and influencer landscape; understanding creator digital monetization solutions a plus
  • Passion for all things related to storytelling, true crime, animals and nature content and and has experience in development/creative
  • Experience in directing and working closely with on-camera talent
  • Experience working on a Snapchat Discover show is a plus
  • Understanding of how video performance ties to delivering financial results that increase revenue; ability to read and interpret profit and loss statements a plus
