As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for leading 360 marketing campaign efforts and building the best team for each project that comes your way. Within your day to day responsibilities, we will rely on you to be a world builder and strong communicator, acting as the liaison between external vendors and our internal creative team. You will be the main point of contact for directors, illustrators, production shops, post houses, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to help build an external support system – not only maintaining relationships, but helping facilitate strong partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the creative production lifecycle including scoping/planning, bid cycles, budget management, scheduling, creative reviews, and delivery.
  • Identify, manage, and build relationships with production partners/ talent including hiring and firing vendors as needed.
  • Lead communication with external vendors, internal creative team, and cross-functional collaborators throughout the creative process. Efficiently communicate with leads and directors to ensure project goals and expectations are clear and realistic.
  • Run multiple projects at once, delegating supportive tasks to teammates as necessary to ensure we are producing strong conceptual and expressive work that is engaging and reflects a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone.
  • Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them.

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye

  • Experience within the world of production. Both agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • The ability to review, critique, and negotiate bids for experiential, digital, content (video & photo), and physical product production.
  • A proven leader with experience managing teams in all stages of development from pre-production through ship and post-launch.
  • Relationship builder that proactively looks to foster and maintain inclusive, positive, collaborative relationships in the Studio.
  • Ability to work well remotely and communicate effectively in the Slack, Monday.com, and Google environments.

Position: Production Assistant – Contract

Purpose of Job: As a contract Production Assistant you will assist Production Managers in the smooth running of dialogue production from casting to delivery. The Production Assistant is our team go-getter and is not afraid of any challenge. You will be in the detail of each project you support on, ensuring that you are a representation of our business as well as ensuring that preparation for each project has been completed and any potential issues highlighted to the Production Manager.

This position is a contract position and will be based in our studio in Marina Del Rey, CA, local candidates are highly preferred!

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling actors for auditions and recording sessions

• Building Purchase Orders for talent, directors, and other service providers

• Sending out comprehensive emails to talent and directors in preparation of auditions and sessions

• Preparing project documentation for talent and directors, including character biographies, story briefs, and scripts

• Meet & greet talent during auditions and at start of sessions

• Responsible for getting legal paperwork signed and filed properly

• Typing up directors’ notes from auditions, inputting them into Actor Database

• Assisting with script preparation and tracking, as required

• Assisting Production Managers with meet & greet of clients and aid clients throughout the day, as required

• Assisting Production Managers in keeping schedules and tracking documents up to date throughout recordings

• Assisting the Casting team with self-tapes, editing Casting clips, long-listing talent options and developing casting skills

• Preparing Non-disclosure agreements and contracts, Travel Packs for rehearsals, crowd sessions, and Performance Capture sessions Other

• Adhere to company Security, Confidentiality and Health and Safety procedures and ensure the compliance of the team

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Interest and/or experience in video games, especially story & character, and/or Casting experience or interest in the performance arts (theatre, TV, cinema)

• Excellent client facing and internal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

• Attention to detail

• Both a self-starter, able to work alone as and where necessary, and a team player, able to pitch in at all levels to get the job done

• Experience in a similar role.

• Experienced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular of Microsoft Excel.
