About The Production Team
Collectively’s Production team is the program management arm of our client services organization, which leads projects from kick off to completion with enthusiasm and excellence. Responsibilities
Collectively is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the charge on multiple client projects to champion the planning, execution, deliverables and optimization of our influencer marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
The Senior Producer will be responsible for two crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management and Client Services.
Project Management
- Lead program execution, across both long-term and project based accounts to manage program timeline, content strategy, budget and reporting
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phase
- Prepare campaign briefs, deliverables and production schedules for complex programs, with varied content formats and KPIs
- Curate and manage influencer recommendations for a diverse client portfolio
- Inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings
Client Services
- Act as primary point of contact for our client team, including providing communications strategy and oversight to Producers or Associate Producers when necessary
- Lead the successful creation of any project-related documents and client-facing deliverables, ensuring fidelity of Collectively tone and quality
- Lead both internal and client-facing meetings (setting agenda, speaking to campaign progress and optimization opportunities)
- Manage Associate Producers’ workload, assigning and reviewing project tasks
- Proactively identify and propose solutions for any project related issues, working in partnership with cross-functional contributors or stakeholders to successfully resolve with clients and influencer partners
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Programs managed meet goals for quality, quantity, and adherence to project requirements
- Minimal error rate displayed in all areas of project management & campaign reporting
- Deliverables (both to clients and influencers) are delivered on-time and complete

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience (in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar)
- A proven ability to deliver influencer partnerships across a breadth of social media platforms and content formats
- Experience managing a colleague and/or their workload
- Exceptional client services skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
- An ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content
