Job Details: We are seeking enthusiastic and talented models and extras to be part of an exciting music video shoot scheduled for August 9th. This project presents a fantastic opportunity to be featured alongside a famous artist in a captivating music video. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Model ($450): We are searching for a lead model comfortable with portraying a close interaction with the artist. This role does not involve kissing or any explicit content. The lead model should exhibit confidence, charisma, and the ability to convey emotions through their expressions and body language.

  • Secondary Models ($300 each): We need four secondary models aged between 21 and 25. These models will play a significant part in enhancing the video’s visual appeal and ambiance. They should be able to follow directions well and contribute to the overall aesthetics of the video.

  • Male Extras ($150 each): Five male extras are required to portray office-goers in suits. We are explicitly looking for diverse amenities, including one Asian, one blonde, one dark-haired, one gray-haired, and one with a unique appearance. The bonuses should be between 35 and 40 years old and bring a sense of authenticity to their roles.

About the Role

As Brixity Art Director at Devsisters you will be the visual gatekeeper for our newest building simulation game, Brixity. You will direct how the visual should look in all places aside from the gameplay, making sure it connects and elevates the gameplay experience. You will understand and communicate the needs of your artists to leadership, as well as build meaningful external relationships through collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Director and external stakeholders to define the visual style for the game, and oversee its implementation on a daily basis
  • Create 2D/3D concept art as guidelines for all marketing material
  • Create marketing style guides and visual guidelines for different marketing platforms
  • Create a productive and scalable production pipeline to support all the needs of Brixity

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in a creative role at a video game company, advertising agency or related field

  • You are an excellent visual storyteller with great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You are passionate about character and game world development
  • You have a deep understanding of graphic design and typography

For this full-time position in San Mateo, CA, the base salary range is $102,390 – $120,000. This range is specific to the onsite/hybrid role in the Bay Area and does not apply to locations outside of the region. In addition to competitive base pay, you may also be eligible for stock options and incentive compensation, although this is not guaranteed.
