Job Description
Casting adventurous individuals for a commercial campaign centered around the Everglades lifestyle. This project is seeking real, outdoorsy people who are passionate about nature and can authentically represent activities unique to the Everglades. Filming will highlight genuine experiences in a visually engaging commercial for a major brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in outdoor lifestyle scenes related to Everglades activities
- Showcase skills such as fishing, boating, or guiding
- Follow direction from the production team during filming
- Bring natural energy and authenticity to on-camera moments
Requirements
- Experience in Everglades-related activities (fishing, airboat driving, kayaking, camping, birdwatching, etc.)
- Comfortable working outdoors in natural environments
- Strong personality and ability to be natural on camera
- Reliable and available for filming

POST SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY
The Post Supervisor will act as the team leader and manager for the Lockt editor staff. The
‘editor staff’ includes assistant editors, junior editors, and staff editors. They are responsible for
the technical and managerial oversight of the edit staff. They will also act as a liaison between
producers and edit staff for resource management.Â
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for resource management, staff training, mentorship, editor training, and so
all deadlines are met
- Responsible for staff training, mentorship, and ensuring company standard workflows
are maintained
- Ensure editor staff is consistently engaged in continued education training with clearly
defined objectives
- Ensure editor staff has consistent internal projects assigned to work on between external
project downtime
- Maintain clear and concise editor staff status updates to internal departments in
real-time
- Responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere and culture within the department
- Facilitate the smooth operation between post department, creative department, and
entertainment department
- Assist post producers in the scheduling and coordination of media preps, music pulls,
archival footage searches, editing, and quality control/review sessions
- May be required to assist edit staff on projects, but will not be ‘project-assigned’
- Help post producers and edit staff facilitate Transcription Services, as applicable
- Submit bi-weekly project tracker to Controller
REQUIRED:
- Strong interpersonal abilitiesÂ
- Exceptional team leadership skills
- Proven ability to coordinate various activities.Â
- A deep understanding of the logistics of the Post Production process
- Post Production process and technical knowledge
- Be forward-thinking and detail-oriented problem solverÂ
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- Advanced experience using Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder), DaVinci Resolve, and Google Suite products.
- Knowledge of the offline and online editorial process, video editing softwares, digital audio workflow, motion graphics, and file formatting is required.
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of and experience with VFX
Salary: $60k – $80K

- Possess strategic thinking in regard to brand utilization and writing skills to elevate our contribution to copy and content across all channels and communication.
- Develop best practices for creative processes across the spectrum of Stept production and post departments.
- Handle the business of creative with budget creation, project bid estimates, talent utilization and talent compensation.Â
- Responsibility for compelling content, execution and presentation of new business pitches.

Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of developing award-winning creative and strategic ideas
- In leadership position within a creative agency or studio environmentÂ
- Managing and mentoring a team of creative professionalsÂ
- Strong understanding of production/post-production process and costsÂ
- Leading new business and growing existing client portfoliosÂ
Salary: $180K – $240K
