Job Details: We are currently seeking individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities for an Olympics Campaign by Petro-Canada. This campaign aims to celebrate the inclusivity and diversity of the Olympic spirit. Filming will take place in Toronto, Vancouver, and Halifax.

Requirements:

  • Individuals with Disabilities and their Families: We are specifically seeking individuals with disabilities and their family members who are comfortable being on camera.
  • Skateboarders: Skilled skateboarders of all levels and styles are welcome.
  • Fishermen: Experienced fishermen or women with a passion for the sport.
  • Wheelchair Basketball Players: Competent wheelchair basketball players who can confidently navigate the court.
  • Deaf / Hard of Hearing (HOH) Individuals: Individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, fluent in sign language, and comfortable with on-camera interactions.
  • LGBTQ Individuals: LGBTQ individuals who are open to sharing their stories and experiences.
  • Indigenous Individuals: Individuals from Indigenous communities, keen to contribute to the campaign’s narrative.

Compensation: Selected individuals will be compensated at a rate of $2,075.00 per person. This is a non-union campaign.

Job Details: We are currently seeking real couples and friends in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to participate in a heartwarming Holiday Campaign for a prominent chocolate brand. This project aims to capture authentic and emotional moments during the bustling holiday season.

Job Responsibilities: Selected talent will be required to participate in various scenes that depict genuine holiday interactions. This may include sharing chocolate, engaging in festive activities, and creating memorable moments. The project is non-union, and previous onset experience is not necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must be a real couple or group of friends aged between 25-65 years.
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and available for shooting on November 2, 2023.
  • Availability for virtual Call Backs on October 24th via Zoom (morning).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend a fitting day on October 25th.
  • Be available for filming on October 27th, 28th, 30th, and 31st (Guaranteed for 1 day).
  • Act and perform tasks relevant to your trade as directed for the commercial.
  • Cooperate with the production team and fellow cast members during filming.
  • Be punctual and professional throughout the entire production process.

Requirements:

  • Must be a real tradesperson in the Greater Toronto Area or nearby regions.
  • All ages and genders are welcome to apply.
  • ACTRA membership is not mandatory; however, all tradespeople are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be available for the fitting day and filming dates.
  • Ability to perform trade-related tasks convincingly on camera.

Compensation Details:

  • Session rates: $868.50 per 8-hour day, with overtime pay for additional hours worked.
  • Usage rates: $8,000.00+ if your appearance makes it to the final edit. The total compensation will depend on the final media buyout, which is still to be confirmed.
  • Talent may be asked to participate in a stills photography session with a guarantee of $500 for 1 day.
  • Stills usage rate: $1500 if your stills appear in the final edits, with a 2-year usage agreement.
  • Usage/markets include national cable, local cable, ion & diginets, theatrical/industrial, traditional digital, streaming platforms (including traditional and all other digital uses).
