Job Description:
The Casting Group is seeking Hindi-speaking families in the Greater Toronto Area who love hockey for a major sports network campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your family’s love for the sport and appear in a professional commercial production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate as a family in a one-day shoot for a sports channel campaign.
- Demonstrate your family’s connection to hockey in an authentic and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to create compelling content that highlights your family’s passion for the sport.
Requirements:
- Family must include at least 3 members and no more than 6.
- Ages 8 and up for all family members.
- All family members must speak and understand Hindi.
- At least one family member must be a passionate hockey fan. Other members can have varying degrees of interest.
- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be available for the one-day shoot.
Compensation:
- $500–$1,000 per family member for the one-day shoot.
Casting Individuals for ZONNIC Campaign
Job Description:
Carly Granovsky Casting is seeking individuals aged 30+ in Toronto and Vancouver for a new campaign promoting ZONNIC, a product by Imperial Tobacco. We are looking for real people who are either in the process of quitting smoking or have successfully quit using ZONNIC. No prior acting experience is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Share your authentic experience of quitting smoking or using ZONNIC during the shoot.
- Appear on camera for a campaign promoting ZONNIC’s effectiveness in helping people quit smoking.
- Collaborate with the production team to create compelling and inspiring content.
Requirements:
- Must be aged 30+ and located in either Toronto or Vancouver.
- Currently quitting smoking or have successfully quit using ZONNIC.
- Able to share your personal story about using ZONNIC.
- Submit your name, location, a recent photo, and a brief description of your experience with ZONNIC.
Compensation:
- $1,000 per day (3 days total).
- Usage: 1-year web rights

Job Description:
Carly Granovsky Casting is seeking a male talent, aged 10–17, for an exciting advocacy campaign for the Coalition for Music Education. The ideal candidate is a skilled hockey player and guitarist, comfortable performing in full hockey gear on ice. Experience with rock, indie, or alternative music is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform on ice in full hockey gear while playing the guitar.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a compelling and professional performance.
- Represent the advocacy campaign for music education with energy and authenticity.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 10–17, from any ethnicity.
- Skilled in both hockey and guitar playing.
- Comfortable performing in full hockey gear.
- Experience in rock, indie, or alternative music styles is preferred.
- Must be able to travel to Toronto/GTA for filming.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $500/day (flat rate).
- Half-Day Recording Rate: $150.

Role: Lucita Mala
Job Details
The PAW PATROL adventure continues in an exciting new 44-minute animated special. Join the team as we introduce Lucita Mala, a feisty teenage explorer with a complex personality, adding depth and intrigue to this jungle-based tale.
This role requires in-person recording at a Toronto studio, with sessions starting in December 2024 through January 2025. Performers will be compensated according to ACTRA D103 minimum fees for animation performers.
Job Responsibilities
- Voice the character Lucita Mala, a Mexican teenage explorer with a dramatic personality.
- Convey Lucita’s emotional range, from confident and assertive to moments of frustration and exhaustion.
- Bring to life Lucita’s fluctuating energy, shifting from alertness to sudden drowsiness as part of her character arc.
- Capture the tone of a likable villain inspired by Selena Gomez’s portrayal of Alex Russo in Wizards of Waverly Place (note: originality and a personal twist are key).
Requirements
- Residence: Talent must reside in Ontario.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Union Status: Open to both ACTRA members and non-union performers.
- Age Range: Seeking performers aged 15-30 who can portray a mid-to-late teenager.
