Biker-type talent is needed for an upcoming exterior shoot for a production titled “Brilliant Minds.” Both ACTRA and non-union background performers are welcome to apply. Visible tattoos are acceptable, pending clearance. This is a great fit for talent with an authentic biker look who can take direction, stay set-ready, and remain flexible with call times throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray biker-type background characters in exterior TV scenes

• Follow direction for movement, timing, and continuity

• Maintain a consistent look and wardrobe continuity throughout filming

• Remain available and ready for filming across a flexible schedule window

• Work professionally with cast and crew on set

Requirements

• Male and female talent

• ACTRA and non-union performers accepted

• Must be available for filming day with schedule flexibility (day/afternoon/evening)

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Visible tattoos allowed (subject to clearance)

• Must be able to work as a local hire in Etobicoke

Compensation

• ACTRA Full/Apprentice: Regular background rate (per IPA)

• AABP/Non-union: $17.60/hr with an 8-hour minimum

Photo Double Casting (Male) for Film/TV Production

Job Description
A production is seeking a male photo double for an upcoming shoot in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role requires someone who can closely match the lead actor’s look and approximate measurements for continuity. If you have a professional set attitude and can maintain a clean, camera-ready appearance, this is a strong paid background opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a photo double, matching the lead actor’s appearance for lighting, blocking, and continuity.

• Follow direction from the assistant director and on-set team quickly and accurately.

• Maintain continuity in grooming, wardrobe fit, and movement across takes.

• Arrive on time, camera-ready, and prepared for a full day on set.

Requirements

• Must be local to the GTA (local hire).

• Must be clean-shaven for the booking.

• Should closely match the following approximate measurements:

  • Height: 5’11”

  • Weight: 185 lbs

  • Suit: 42

  • Waist/Pant: 33

  • Inseam: 30

  • Neck/Shirt: 16.5

  • T-shirt size: Medium/Large

  • Shoe size: 10.5

• Must be comfortable being photographed and working under typical film set conditions.

Compensation

• $34/hour

• 8-hour minimum guarantee
