We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working in tandem with the Social Media Manager, this role will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with influencers and content creators, managing our databases, and reporting on the success of different campaigns and initiatives. Duties will include working in a fast-paced, creative environment alongside the entire marketing team including Social Media, eCommerce, Retention, and Paid Marketing.

Our team is fully remote, which gives the candidate significant residential location flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with social media influencers, celebrities & content creators
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure influencer marketing supports overall brand goals
  • Responsible for upkeep & management of influencer/creator database
  • Own all aspects of product seeding program including the collection of addresses/sizes, fulfillment of product orders, and follow up
  • Regularly communicate with collaborators in order to foster strong relationships with the brand and a strong understanding of product knowledge

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of influencer marketing, social media, or PR experience
  • Strong knowledge of all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience with Slack, Asana, Google Suite preferred
  • Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, excellent communicator

Position

Wasserman is looking for a Manager with experience and passion for talent, partnership and social marketing within Entertainment to join the team.

This is a unique opportunity to be the day-to-day contact for a major luxury automotive client’s fast evolving brand ambassador programme, consisting of high-profile individuals from the world of entertainment, automotive, design and sport. The role would initially involve making connections with these individuals and their agents and building a close rapport to support activations across above the line, social, digital and experiential campaigns.

Through the year the role would consist of liaising with all departments of the client’s business to book these individuals on brand campaigns, talent agent liaison, managing their contracted vehicle arrangements, event attendance, briefing and ensuring that talent stick to specific campaign briefs, social media management and post campaign evaluation. There will then be weekly client reporting to ensure the utilisation and effectiveness of brand’s core talent.

Reporting to a Client Director, this person will work with teams from across the division to provide solutions and drive results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong account and project management skills. Talent, influencer and social campaign management experience is a key determinant for success in this role.

A mix of intellectual, desk-based work, with sleeves rolled up attitude will be a winning combination. You will need to demonstrate an experience of strong work output, particularly in client-facing situations e.g. day to day account management, and internal/external stakeholder communications.

Please note this role is not within our Talent division or working with our athletes, this is Marketing role within our Experiential and Partnership team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Day-to-day lead on talent programme for key Wasserman client, driving measurable and sustainable results.
  • Takes lead on proactive client communications, in particular status meetings, partner management, project management, and pro-active value-add advisory.
  • Assists with management of day-to-day contractual elements. Devise talent campaign strategies.
  • Regularly research and source partners/influencers and maintain a database of online and offline contacts.
  • Develop KPIs and monitor success.
  • Highlight, report and present quarterly talent usage, social media statistics and tracking verses KPIs.
  • Working within an Inter-Agency team, driving the talent agenda to ensure our KPIs and client deliverables are met within our timeframe
  • Research and present partnership proposals internally to the team
  • Understanding of the social media landscape and be engaged with the right talent for the brand through social media channels
  • Develop talent relationships for event activations, as well as marketing and public relations campaigns.

Strategic Advisory

  • Lead development of all strategic deliverables (presentations, memos, etc.) to advise clients and partners on recommendations.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to apply measurement framework, track key metrics, analyse results and present findings to the client.
  • Uses forward thinking initiative to identify the next best strategic opportunities and continue to deliver top results to the client.

Relationship Management

  • Manages client and partner relationships to ensure the client is fully leveraging all benefits and assets.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, partners, as well as agency teams and third parties.

New Business / Projects

  • Builds relationships with clients to encourage new talent options to strengthen portfolio
  • Assists with new business pitches as arise throughout the year, including contribution to international pitches / RFPs where best practice resides locally.
  • Quickly understands Wasserman’s capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience of managing influeners social media campaigns
  • 4+ years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 years of direct social / talent / partnership agency and/or client side.
  • Proven experience in account and project management
  • Sleeves rolled up attitude, with strong interpersonal skills that can quickly shift to presentation mode.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for deck development and budget management.

The Mill NY VFX Executive Producer (EP) is a management position. The VFX EP must have an excellent understanding of The Mill’s strategic goals and be instrumental in delivering increased sales and in encouraging greater bottom line profit.   • Bringing creative and graphic design ideas to editorial homepage, emails, other parts of the site and social media channels

From short-form and mid-form video franchises to live streams to podcasts, you will operationalize the team’s ability to efficiently bring multiplatform expressions of the Starts With Us values to life at scale, within the context of an overarching strategic programming calendar.   • Develop and deliver differentiated, high-impact, emotionally engaging creative projects and franchises that advance the Starts With Us mission with audiences at scale
  • Work in lock step with the CEO and the rest of the team to ensure creative strategies and initiatives are consistently aligned to and informing evolving priorities and objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of internal creatives and external partners to create original video and audio properties, and to support creative/production needs in other parts of the org
  • Collaborate with Social and Growth leads to define and internally evangelize a creative plan and programming calendar that aligns to our mission, goals, and audience, and plays out across our owned channels and social channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and leading podcast and live audio platforms
  • Own and manage budget, ROI analysis and optimization for all content development programs
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media and Growth leads to develop a creative impact playbook for how to best reach and engage target segments and cohorts
  • Source and onboard a partner set that creates optionality and capacity for our creatives to execute on the Starts With Us creative strategy
  • Define and operationalize processes and the internal toolset that allow for appropriate governance, transparency, and collaborative workflows that support nimbly bringing our creative programs to life
  • Attend and execute on-site creative, community, or marketing events as needed in support of Starts With Us initiatives
  • Create collateral and internal and external presentations as needed (briefs, decks, one-sheets, recaps, etc.)
  • Ensure Starts With Us broadly adopts a radically audience-first mindset, where the full inclusive, totality of our audience across the US is prioritized
  • Effectively work with talent including academics, entertainers, journalists and business leaders currently in the SWU network to advance our goals; recruit and develop new talent to serve as the faces and voices of SWU

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Concept and ideate innovative and engaging creative content built and optimized specifically for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Giphy
  • Ideate and concept static, short and long-form content for a new streaming service client across priority social platforms
  • Collaborate masterfully with a cross-functional team comprised of Creative Directors, Editors, Animators, Designers, Writers and Producers to develop clear, high performing creative concepts and formats
  • Work closely with Social Copywriters to develop and elevate scripts; develop wireframes and storyboards for Designers/Animator briefings; partner with Creative Director to punch up creative concepts, etc.
  • Work with Creative Director and Copywriter to write concepts and scripts for videos, and once approved, oversee the production and editing process to ensure that videos are delivered on time and on strategy
  • Translate brand strategy into entertaining static and video content, while paying attention to/integrating viral trends across social platforms
  • Continually evolve and elevate the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
  • Manage creative team workflow from campaign inception through execution

Job Description

The Executive Producer elevates and ensures creative excellence through production on their assigned accounts.

The Executive Integrated Producer must be expert at navigating agency systems, predicting potential roadblocks, working to remove them, and negotiating with key players across the agency to foster the teamwork necessary to produce complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary executions. Along the way, they harness support within production, tech, business affairs, legal, project management and other disciplines to fill in knowledge gaps and manage risk. The EP advises creatives, account teams and clients on choices that shape pipelines that protect the creative ideas and executes them even stronger. They ensure client needs/goals are met and integrity in the final deliverables are kept. An important part of the role is to be a mentor to the junior producers and creatives, to guide their growth and help them execute with the highest level of craft.

Responsibilities

Production

  • Lead ( >1-5mil) high stakes Productions independently (or with the support of a less senior producer)
  • High stakes Content Productions with A-list Directors/Partners and Celebrity talent and multiple workstreams and media.
  • High stakes Digital Productions with A-list Partners and complex digital architecture/build, and possibly multiple workstream and media.
  • Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process. Lead advocacy for improved communication and work processes across disciplines.
  • Lead the discovery/vetting process on large engagements to accurately scope projects while defining project requirements and success metrics; this includes evolving creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables, determining whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (time and money), and providing creative solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to understand SOW’s with clear scope, risk, assumptions and deliverables and review those drafted by project management.
  • Demonstrated experience bidding and managing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams and ensuring overall quality of work.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and through the production process. Have full understanding of AICP and AICE bid format.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
  • Lead post project summary meetings and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
  • Responsible for account financial health and to find solutions that has both client and agency interests in mind.

Creative Delivery and Network

  • Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and help tell stories in an innovative way whether it’s through technology, video, social, experiential or all things combined. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions. Make Art.

Management

  • Oversee multidisciplinary producers, and their work input. Assign/brief each project to the appropriate producer and oversee their process and deliverables; Vendor casting, bid analysis, SOW/estimate writing, project organization, meeting purpose and protocol, risk assessment, time management, scoping and actualizing.
  • Mentor junior producers to a versatile production approach by developing their own creative problem solving skills with the goal to always have the highest quality of execution.
  • Share inspirational work, innovative technological solutions and best practices within the industry.
  • Advise Head of Production and partner with him/her to monitor and develop your teams performance and career path. Assist to maintain positive department energy.
  • Enforce the usage of the production toolkit: including templates, hot sheets, status documents and wrap report.

  • Passion for the craft of production and creativity.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience scoping and managing large productions (500 < 1mil+) as an integrated producer with one expertise ie. Content (Broadcast, social and still), Digital (ar/vr, platform builds/apps, voice app) or Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, pop-ups), and two sub expertise.
  • If a Digital expert, you should have the sub expertise of mid-level Content and Experiential projects.
  • If a Content expert, you should have the sub expertise of mid-level Digital and Experiential projects.
