Title: Senior Art Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and supporting materials for 360º healthcare advertising
  • Work closely with copy and account services as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of your brand(s) are met
  • Be a brand steward: manage design, typography, overall visual identity and strategy
  • Assist in the selection of photographers/illustrators and work with the team to create campaigns and other supporting brand artwork

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $75,000 – $116,500

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will be responsible for producing monthly YouTube video batch shoots. This includes ideation, writing, casting, prop sourcing, crew hiring, and scheduling. This is very much a boots-on-the-ground position. This person will be deeply involved with all steps of the preproduction and production process.

The ideal candidate spends a lot of time consuming content on various platforms and has a deep understanding of the YouTube creator landscape. They will work mostly with the House Party Executive Producer, and collaborate regularly with the Production and Creative teams.

  • Order props for all House Party videos you are assigned to produce

Role: Studio Manager

Requirements:

Studio Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for the overall success of their studios. Studio Managers oversee all operations of their studios, manage their instructors and exemplify the mission of the client. The studio manager will implement and enforce all Corporate polices and procedures as well as oversee all initiatives that are required from the corporate team. All managers will teach 15+ hours per week on average and will be held accountable for additional KPI and performance goals. This role require a high level of flexibility and ambition in order to successfully run multiple studios and execute the Corporate goals. This role is remote-flexible with no office time required outside of scheduled meetings, but the expectation is that 30 hours per week are spent in the studios you manage. A successful manager is someone who loves seeing their team succeed, believes in bringing the magic and delighting their clients and team, and someone who understand that sometimes you have to hustle!
