We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Director of Talent Partnerships to join our team. TPA is at the forefront of what’s trending in pop culture, and we are looking for someone with a similar understanding and passion for the industry. The ideal candidate has experience working in entertainment partnerships across TV, film, sports, music, fashion, and digital influencers.

• You have 5-10 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), athletes, celebrities, agents, managers, and publicists.
• You have significant experience building celebrity partnerships from the ground up.

• You follow celebrity, pop culture, trends, music, sports, TV and Film.
• You have campaign management experience and can provide leadership to achieve goals.
• You are self-motivated with a drive to grow professionally and want to work in a start-up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunity through professional relationships.
• Build and create talent partnership strategies for current and prospective clients.

Celebrity Ideation and Negotiation

• Talent Procurement / Talent Casting
• Manage the talent vetting process and conduct talent outreach to their representation (talent direct, agents, managers, publicists, etc.).

Campaign and Account Management

• Serve as liaison and manage relationships between the client and the celebrity (Teams).
• Coordinate Program logistics including building out offer letters, timelines, and budgets.

Talent Partnership Advisors

Description:

Overseeing all related matters relating to talent acquisition, retention, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key accounts with streamers.
• Scout, recruit, and train new streamers.
• Creating and reviewing talent contracts.
• Plan and execute campaigns to enhance streamer’s performance.
• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize talent management strategies.

Experience:

• 2+ years talent recruitment and management experience within the entertainment industry.
• Experience in the live streaming industry.
• Strengths in report writing and presenting findings to upper management.
• Native English speaker.

Preferred experience:

• Possess an existing clientele list.
• Knowledge of live streaming platforms.
• Technical expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.

TRON DAO

Milo Casting & Mann Casting are looking for:

• Parkour Athletes aged 18-35 of any ethnicity and gender orientation.

• Experienced Parkour Athletes who can run, jump, flip etc. Accepting all body types. Previous on set experience not necessary, simply looking for real Parkour Athletes

About The Role

Skillit is launching this Summer 2023 in Las Vegas, and is looking to bring on a serious Event and Talent Manager to lead their experiences! Skillit experiences are a first of a kind,  combining entertainment and education, targeted to women and their network (kids, families, friends, dates). 

This will be a new role, responsibilities will include:

• Scout talent for our events, pitch and close Talent to create Skillit original events and experiences.
• Manage events from conception and pricing  to delivery, working with venues, event staff (Makers) and partners 
• Manage, report on and grow revenue from event to help hit our goals 
• Work with the Skillit marketing team to make sure events make an impact: both in terms of sales and event coverage 
• Foster and grow the Skillit Partner Network: including venues and event organizers
• Represent Skillit at local events and with local PR

Location: Las Vegas 

About you:

This role demands an entrepreneurial individual with some track record in the events industry. The role requires a mix of marketing, business development and operational experience with a dash of creativity. The perfect events lead will need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry, and excited about bringing an educational element to the unique events for women. 

Required skills:

• 3+ years in the events industry with proven experience managing impactful events projects
• 2+ years operational and project management experience 
• Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas area, have connections and relationships
• Highly organized and efficient
• Have a positive and welcoming attitude and personality 
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
• Great networking skills and the ability to make partnerships come to life 
• Able to communicate with Makers, venues, partners
