Our entertainment client is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to provide support to the Talent Relations department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain talent grids for all aspects of the onboarding process: birthdays, gifts, important milestones, etc.
  • Responsible for list management—executive events, dinners, premieres, etc.
  • Assists with Invoice tracking, processing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinates all gifting for talent and maintains the gifting grid
  • Regularly work with Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion, and Current/Development teams for talent asks. and requests including marketing shoots, panels, etc.
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Helps with travel for all events and creates itineraries for talent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with Adobe is a plus.
  • Able to work well in a high-volume atmosphere, and with various personalities tactfully.
  • Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and be proactive in resolving issues
  • Must be motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, reliable, self-assured and able to prioritize work with minimal direction.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with senior executives, talent and their representatives.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in communications.
  • Availability to attend award shows and parties after hours/on weekends in January and February as needed – probably about 4-5 per month.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $23-25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

The Role of the Talent Coordinator:

  • Scouting talent on all platforms to onboard to management at GCA
  • Manage and develop micro talent
  • Play a key role in the department meeting annual revenue targets, new client signings and brand acquisition
  • Build a strong network of industry and brand contacts

Job Detail: We are currently seeking male actors to portray Eastern European businessmen for an upcoming project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The shoot will take place on December 6th, and selected actors must be available for a mandatory paid fitting session either today (November 30th), tomorrow (December 1st), or Friday (December 2nd) in Albuquerque.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act in the role of an Eastern European businessman, which may include speaking parts or silent background acting.
  • Attend and participate in the fitting session to ensure proper wardrobe fit.
  • Be available for the entire day of the shoot on December 6th.
  • Follow directions from the director and crew members promptly and professionally.
  • Interact with other cast members and crew in a respectful and collaborative manner.

Requirements:

  • Male actors who can convincingly portray Eastern European businessmen.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to be available for the fitting sessions and the shooting day.
  • Ability to take direction well and work effectively under pressure.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the set in Albuquerque.
  • Prior acting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Job Details: Milo Casting is excited to announce a casting call for a dynamic Telecom Campaign. We are seeking a diverse group of BIPOC adults to bring this project to life. The roles we are looking to fill are as follows:

They are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join their team and be part of an exciting time of agency growth. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, and will play a pivotal role in driving success for their vast client roaster.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for an exciting book of business in varied industries. Your primary focus will be on paid search, but you will also work with paid social, native advertising, display advertising, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM), programmatic advertising, video placements, and other digital marketing channels.
