We are a small but very hard-working team, and are looking for a PR/Influencer Account Director.

This client-facing role requires a leader who has solid experience in the field and knows public relations and influencer marketing extremely well. She/he can counsel internal and external stakeholders on strategy, campaigns and challenges, and is an excellent presenter.

Our ideal candidate has ~5-7 years of experience in PR/marketing (brand or agency side), which includes campaign development, team and client management, media relations and creative strategy. She/he has a solid understanding of influencer culture, has existing relationships (media, influencers, etc.) and is good under pressure. Beauty/lifestyle experience required.

The Public Relations/Influencer Account Director role entails:

  • serving as a key point of contact for clients and managing those relationships to ensure client satisfaction and growth
  • budgeting projects, reporting on progress and troubleshooting where needed
  • preparing client-facing communications and reporting
  • producing and supervising campaigns on schedule and budget
  • mentoring and developing junior team members
  • supporting various internal and external initiatives

You should be very comfortable with:

  • the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Cision, influencer dashboards
  • a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through is crucial
  • writing and presenting

This position reports directly to the Director of Production and works alongside the other department heads (including Engineering, Marketing, and Product) to ensure that we make the best products possible. This position is primarily focused on execution, planning, scheduling, and process implementation, as well as communication with external licensors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage or assist in the planning and development process for multiple games both live and in development.
  • Work with company leadership and individual department heads to prioritize the development of new features, content, performance improvements, tools, and bug fixes.

  • Liaise with external licensors and partners.

Design heavy in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on fast food. Projects range from POP and menu design, to digital ads and e-blasts. We’re looking for someone who loves to put on the headphones and crank out layouts, and is able to see projects through without any handholding. When it comes to the big, fun integrated campaigns, all ideas are welcome and everybody pitches in, but there is a steady flow of day-to-day work that needs just as much attention.

 

You need to be seasoned enough to understand the detailed specs of projects, know what questions to ask when more information is needed, and see the project through to completion. Design skills and knowledge of the Adobe Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, is a must. As is a good attitude. We’ve all been doing this long enough and we know there will be revisions. There will be eod turnarounds. But we handle our business, move on and laugh about it later over a beer. Or a taco. Or both.
