The Manager, Investment, is responsible for owning select media partnership relationships and assigned agency relationships, for structuring and framing new media opportunities and managing the Assistant/ Negotiator to ensure the proper utilization and reconciliation of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Mediabrands agencies to:
- Work with agency teams inclusive of buyers, Associate Director and VP to ensure clients enrolled in media savings program are leveraging Orion often as their planning aligns
- Manage day to day with Assistant Negotiator and Negotiators for all deals and utilizations from agencies with respect to assigned agency and media partner relationships
- Ensure compliance with Orion media processes
- Create demand for partnerships where applicable
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned media partners to:
- Look for and deliver when possible, opportunity/investment/value
- Work to find and drive value and benefit of an Orion partnership
- Work with Assistant Negotiators and Negotiators to prepare partnership recaps; present to media partners
- Renew/create new partnership deals with assigned media partners
- Review internal data for historical spend
- Develop negotiation strategy and execute partnership
- Support team with accurate Reporting & Tracking of partnership data
- Utilize for partnership maintenance and tracking

- Manage any necessary creation/publishing of relevant information to be distributed internally or externally within the holding group
