Associate Content Producer Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Visually design, light, record, and ingest various styles of ENG production in short and long form.
- Conduct production studio operations from lighting, camera control, live switching and live streaming for various styles of productions.
- Design, record and conduct live virtual events and recordings, using various equipment platforms.

OVERVIEW
The Director of PR and Influencer is responsible for owning strategy for global public relations agencies, influencer marketing and external partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in beauty, fashion, or related field — as well as deep experience in developing and executing local and international campaigns.
In this role, you will oversee strategy for paid and organic influencer marketing, including but not limited to negotiating contracts, developing long term strategies across all markets, briefing talent, and tracking and reporting on campaign performance. This role will also oversee all influencer events, mailers, and related touch points — managing each from ideation to completion.
Furthermore, you will own Summer Fridays’ public relations strategy across multiple markets in partnership with each local agency. You will understand the nuances of each market and be able to create campaigns that will drive the business in each respective locale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee ideation and execution of all global influencer marketing campaigns (paid and organic) based upon global marketing calendar and channel objectives
- Manage all global public relations agencies, ensuring strategies are tailored to each market/retailer and to brand standards
- Manage the Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing on all international sponsored content and micro-influencer campaigns
- Manage all influencer/editor mailers and in-kind giftings to support each respective brand objective — including but not limited to new product launches, core assortment, merchandise, and key marketing campaigns
- Lead all influencer event activations — from ideation to execution — ensuring objectives are met and activation is within budget
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to the broader marketing team monthly
