Summary:
The Gaming Director will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of administration and daily operations of all gaming operations. Gaming Director provides a vision for the department’s allocation of resources and staff for profitability and exceptional customer service.

The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Creative Producer who is passionate about storytelling and creative projects to work as a part of our technology client’s internal video team — someone who aims to help client visions come to life from start to finish! The role will need to be available to work from our client’s Sunnyvale, California offices a minimum of three days a week preferably Tuesday to Thursday with some flexibility depending on shoot schedules.
The Creative Producer will lead/manage projects and report to a Supervising Producer. Projects may include, but not limited to, documentary-style case study videos to demo videos, animation and motion graphics projects, sizzle reels, deck creation, and story research.

Responsibilities Include:
- Build a solid understanding of client asks to contribute/shepherd the creative execution.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously from ideation to execution and final delivery, ensuring all steps and deadlines are satisfactorily met.

What we’re looking for:
- Min 2 years experience at a creative agency, production company, in-house creative team, or something similar.
- Min 5 years experience in video production and storytelling.
- Has experience or high interest in working with branded projects, familiarizing with a client’s brand, and incorporating marketing messaging into creative projects.
- Strong and influential presentation skills (ie. storyboards, scripts, etc) and can constructively address client feedback, questions, and concerns.
- ‘Can do’ attitude with an outlook that no task is too small or unimportant.
- Experience in both creative and logistic aspects of projects and content production.
- Experience collaborating with motion graphics artists.

Job Description
The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the EVP, Creative Acquisitions and IP Management and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.
Essential Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and scanning, filing, submitting expense reports, and planning all travel arrangements for executives
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-thrus; maintain files and status reports for series in production

- Compile weekend read for the department, plus read and participate in scripts discussion
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, Concur and Google suite
- Minimum 1 year experience within studio, network, production, or agency
- 2 years entertainment experience

- Flexible, personable, self-starter who’s extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills imperative

- Ability to anticipate, problem solve and stay level-headed under pressure.
- Multi-task oriented, strong organizational process and time management skills
- A motivated individual with a passion for television and willingness and desire to learn would enjoy working with our fun and dedicated team.
