Summary
Codazen is looking for a Digital Producer / Product Owner excited to take on challenges in a growing and fast-paced environment. The candidate should have deep technical understanding and experience of driving and owning software product development principles and processes.
The Digital Producer / Product Owner will serve as the ‘voice of the client’ throughout the end-to-end process of product development and ensuring that the software products and experiences delivered meet the client’s needs and goals. Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in information science, computer science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as professional Product Owner, running multiple initiatives and managing various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven success managing the delivery and release of consumer-facing digital projects or enterprise software products.
- Experience managing creative and engineer teams in a client-facing environment is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of web application and general software development

- Extensive experience managing medium to large digital campaigns
- Must be a proven digital producer who can handle multiple projects at once, meet deliverables, create budgets and manage resources
- Ability to be adaptable, flexible, persistent, versatile and graceful when faced with re-prioritization
- Experience working with multiple teams offshore and onshore in multiple countries simultaneously
- Experience with software development life cycles, web development processes and the delivery of advertising projects with creative and engineering components
- Thorough knowledge of rich media technologies, IAB Standards, ad serving, media and metrics + analysis
- Strong understanding of online space including video, website development and online advertising
- Must have a strong digital background and should be familiar with broadcast production and print production best practices and workflow

Your Job
What you will do:
- Own the strategy, campaign execution, optimization and reporting of all streaming audio campaigns.
- Manage existing streaming audio campaigns to current CPA targets.
- Explore new vendors/partners to expand the streaming audio portfolio to reach incremental SMB audiences.
- Manage and lead all external relationships that are necessary to manage and expand the streaming audio portfolio.
- Manage internal relationships responsible for campaign tagging and creative asset rotations.
- Own the overall project plan for streaming radio each quarter to ensure that all work is on time and completed
- Identify and prioritize the testing roadmap for streaming radio
- Own streaming radio reporting including QA of accuracy, understanding the whys behind weekly and monthly trends, and optimization recommendations
- Responsible for development and launch of cohesive landing pages for all shows, including the creation and maintenance of vanity URLs
- Help identify and prioritize the testing roadmap for Digital TV
- Validate the suitability of various vendors/partners for SMB acquisition
- Plan and launch test campaigns with clear measurement plan, report on performance and provide post-campaign wrap-up reports
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in performance-based acquisition marketing
- Previous hands-on experience growing an audience for digital and managing those channels on a direct, day-to-day basis
- Intuitive knowledge of the digital and offline media landscape and how Indeed’s brand can best fit within it
- Previous experience working with agency partners or for an agency before
- Deep bias towards analytics and measurement with extensive experience having your initiatives measured against or towards revenue-related goals
- Willingness to dive deep in understanding attribution
- Comfort and ease working with large budgets, aggressive targets and the measurement of key performance metrics (i.e. CPA and LTV)
- Proven track record of project managing and scaling programs with ease and organization
- Able to manage multiple projects at once with little to no supervision
- Extreme resourcefulness to work independently and self driven in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable and self-motivated in learning new software, channels and programs
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization in a remote environment
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
