Jeion Green, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Executive Producer or Group of Executive Producers to Aid in the success and funding of a slate of Award-winning Television and Film projects.

URGENT Notice about Position:

This company is in a RE- Start-up position; therefore:

This position will be paid only in association with the success of receiving its funding goals. In the achievement of our goal the Executive Producer can expect upwards to a six-figure income at the start and continued payment throughout the sales of our projects. Additionally, the Executive Producer will be named on all projects associated with Jeion Green, LLC in addition to, a guaranteed percentage of any overall deals made on the behalf of the company. Responsibilities

The Executive Producer will work with the production company to:

  • Plan filming schedules
  • Raise and Distribute project funds and coordinate resources on set.
  • Plan the strategy of the entire film from fundraising to release.
  • Will give instruction to other Producers on staff who will manage the small details and technical aspects of the projects.
  • Manage staff schedules and approve promotional materials to generate excitement for a project’s release and contribute to the overall creative brand.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills for coordinating the work of various people to finish a project within budget and on-time.
  • Fundraising skills or securing investor skills – Access to high level investors, or funds to guarantee slates success.
  • Creativity in deciding how a script will be interpreted and representing the script’s ideas on the stage or screen.
  • Leadership skills for instructing Actors and helping them portray characters in a believable manner. They also need these skills for supervising the crew which is responsible for completing behind-the-scenes work. 
  • Time-management skills in finding and hiring the best crew and Director for the project while making sure that everyone involved effectively do their jobs and keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Position: Associate Producer, Episodic

Location: Hollywood, CA

Position Summary

Company 3 is looking for an Associate Producer, Episodic to join its team! The Associate Producer will assist producers in WO and task creation, & job spec wrangling. They will work with the production team to manage project SAN space.

Main Duties

The Associate Producer will confirm all material needed for project has arrived and has been forwarded to the appropriate individual(s). They will generate prep and post status reports as well as actualizing and billing out work orders.

Interface with client if required materials for jobs are missing (i.e. rough cut, drives, etc.)

  • Coordinate with Operations the rental and installations of any additional resources needed for projects.
  • Verifying project prep for any issues and/or missing items, and communicating them with the Producer and client.
  • Work with Producer and assistants to troubleshoot any session related problems.
  • Assist in greeting and escorting clients to the bays upon arrival.
  • Assist in checking in on artists, clients, assists, and client services on a regular basis to make sure the session is well supported. The client should feel the producer’s presence and know that you are taking care of them.
  • Ensuring all work orders and tasks are filled out and submitted, following up where needed. Actualize work orders for Producers sign off.

What You Bring

The Associate Producer will bring previous experience in TV Post Production. They will bring knowledge of digital capture cameras and files.

  • Background and/or knowledge of offline editing.
  • Avid and/or FCP experience.
  • File based workflow experience.
  • Media Pulse and/ or post production scheduling software experience.
  • Post scheduling experience.

This Production has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 5 and above working on its set. Kainoa M is taking submissions for a production seeking Union or Non-Union background who can portray men and women with roller skating experience, preferably who also own a pair of skates. The scene is to be set in a gay/drag bar, seeking predominantly femme and androgynous looks.

As Creative Director, you will work with product managers, designers, artists, engineers, and the production team to foster an environment of collective creativity that inspires teams to come up with the best ideas that they can to support it. The ideal candidate must be an expert on what makes a game highly accessible but compelling enough to keep the competition element challenging yet fair and a deep understanding of free to play game economies and the openness to implement innovative web3 compliments into this exciting new space.

    Responsibilities

    • Define a clear, cohesive creative vision for the game by turning high-level ideas into detailed and well-thought out concepts.
    • Works to make high level direction from the VP of Creative a reality and works with the other project leads to meet these goals.
    • Work closely with the Lead designers to create engaging and gameplay systems with fun features that will improve user experience, engagement, and monetization.
    • Work closely with other core team members to develop their specific parts of the vision + unify your concepts to tie together all design, graphic, narrative, and technical elements.

    Company 3 is looking to hire an Episodic Associate Producer to join its team! In this role you will act as an extension of a lead producer and be a main point of contact while working with internal and external teams to organize, supervise, and monitor the progress of projects.

    Main Duties

    You will help the Lead Producer manage and drive online, color and delivery schedules. You will act as a main point of contact alongside your producer for your internal CO3 team and clients via in-person interactions, e-mail, and phone. You will also assist in maintaining effective communication with the internal team and clients regarding job status. You will help coordinate and verify project needs prior to any session start times and/or client arrivals as well as deliveries. You will help keep a pulse on all projects being produced including the status of individual show/episodes and budgets.

    What You Bring

    You will bring experience in post-production or a related field, knowledge of online editing and color correction process as well as digital deliveries.

    • Finishing Post-Production Experience (Longform is a plus)
    • Basic knowledge of offline editing, VFX and sound workflows
    • Basic knowledge of scheduling the post process is a plus
