Summary

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of the theme park and City Walk.

Essential Functions

  • Executes strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards. Consistently drive process improvements and efficiencies to enhance Guest Service and retail store operations.
  • Create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Partner with Human Resources Manager to continuously train, develop and promote all restaurant teams through individual performance planning.
  • Responsible for performance development including administering discipline, resolving employee relation’s issues and conducting individual and team meetings. Responsible for development of staff including training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Accountable for maximizing daily sales and effectively managing costs, labor, inventory and cash control, while focusing on exceeding annual EBITDA targets.
  • Communicates on a constant basis with Area Manager regarding Retail Stores and staff performances and challenges.
  • Takes an active part in recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Ensures that shopper reports are within acceptable levels.
  • Responsible for developing weekly schedules, with a focus on maintaining staffing levels that satisfy budget as well as guest service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment and Union guidelines, as well as Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted variable operation results: shrink, variable labor, safety, guest service, cleanliness and visual/merchandising presentation. Responsible for monitoring performance and making recommendations to maximize current trends.

  • Communicate on a regular basis with Area Manager regarding locations performance and challenges; make recommendations for improvement when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of high volume retail store management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field), or 5 years Industry experience preferred
  • Working Knowledge of Windows 95/98 (Word, Excel, POS). Previous experience with JDA preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Job Description

The Director role serves as a primary contact for the NBCU Entertainment Marketing department providing audience insights and collaborating on multi-platform program analysis. This role will contribute to marketing attribution projects, create sizing/demo profiling of key campaign targets, and provide up-to-date analyses to help guide targeted marketing decisions. This role is part of the larger NBCE Cross-Platform Insights & Analytics group, which provides program performance tracking, forecasting, business and brand strategy, portfolio optimization, and all forms of research-based guidance. This role’s primary focus will be on NBC Broadcast and shared content with Peacock, while working in collaboration with the Cable Entertainment Marketing counterpart.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders on methodology/approach to marketing and execute analytics strategy for marketing performance measurement, managing partnership with various marketing attribution vendors e.g. VideoAmp, iSpot, TRP
  • Partner with the NBCU TV & Streaming paid media team and their agency on mining data and insights to help inform overall media strategies
  • Work in partnership with Peacock’s marketing analytics team to evaluate campaigns holistically that span linear + digital windows
  • Work with brand strategy and media teams to identify and quantify audience targets for priority series campaigns, surface insights on key performance indicators, and collaborate on data-informed audience strategies to help drive progress
  • Extract data from Research tools and collaborate with IT teams to develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators

This Coordinator role will be in the Creative Content department within the NBC Entertainment Marketing group. Responsibilities will include handling two busy executive desks, managing day-to-day administrative and scheduling functions for the department, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions. This position will support to the Senior Vice Presidents of Scripted & Unscripted Creative Content, the Creative team, and various organizational and production duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties including but not limited to answering telephones, calendar scheduling, arranging NBC Universal lot drive-ons, expense reports, copying and faxing, filing, office management and planning all executive travel arrangements
  • Must exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Coordinates and organizes all material coming in and out of the department including: scripts, cuts of shows, promos, shoot material, awards submissions and communication.
  • Helps the creative and production staffs with specific projects, such as creative exploration (writing, storyboards, etc), stock footage searches, music searches, competitive research, etc.
  • Interfaces with Vendors to onboard, traffic notes and assets, as well as coordinates accounting set up and payment

Fandango is looking for a detail-oriented Data Product Manager. As a member of the Decision Sciences team, you will champion a Data-as-a-Product mindset. Supporting the Data Engineering team, by assisting PMO with the roadmap, and managing competing priorities as they come up. In this role, you will be focused on maintaining or increasing data integrity in our data warehouse, as it is the basis for all our business units (i.e., Accounting, Analytics, Compliance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations) reporting needs.

The successful candidate will need to be agile delivery focused, proficient in SQL syntax/querying, have a strong familiarity with data pipelines/ data warehousing, and be comfortable working with senior and demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for aligning with the business goals by defining requirements and enforcing an end-to-end data platform, complete with associated standard policies, compliances, security practices, and technologies across the data ecosystem.
