Job Description:

Our well known luxury client is looking for a highly polished, fast Production Designer to execute high volume assets for print and digital projects!

Role will be onsite for 40 hours/week with some OT during busier periods. OT may be an extra ~5 – 10 hours/week.

This Production Designer will be:

– Working closely with the VP of Brand and Packaging and their team on a variety of assets including 3D wall signage, print signs, packaging and branding projects

– Working efficiently and pivoting based on changing priorities and project feedback

Skills/Experience:

– At least 3+ years executing pixel-perfect high volume print and digital assets for Retail using InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop

– Must have experience working in a fast paced environment and can adjust smoothly with changing priorities

– Portfolio must have print and digital examples including 3D wall signage, packaging and digital assets

SUMMARY

PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS The Director of Communications has a primary working relationship with the Chief Operating Officer.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements the development of a comprehensive marketing plan that meets Association goals.
  • Responsible for all external communications that enhance the image and successfulness of the Association.
  • Ensures that the public relations of the Association are addressed through high visibility means and positive results orientated measures.
  • To fully leverage development, marketing, and public relation activities by connecting the dots of all highly relevant entities.

SECONDARY DUTIES

  • When delegated, provides administrative backup to the COO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS or BA from accredited college or university.
  • Masters (MSW, M.Ed, MA) preferred
  • Five years of progressively responsible and successful experience in managing development programs in non-profit organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in Board/volunteer relations and staff management.
  • Demonstrated short and long term planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Word, Access, Excel, MS Publisher and donor based software.

About the role:

As the Product Manager for Member Growth & Engagement, you will play a critical role in optimizing the end-to-end customer journey of our health product. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase member acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention. A flat rate of $1,100.00. $550 up front before filming begins, and then the other $550 upon completion of filming.
