We are looking for members of the LGBTQ Community for 2 specific scenes for “A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN” 

GROUP 1:  

• AFRICAN AMERICAN LGBTQ PARTY GUESTS
• ALL GENDERS
• AGE: 30’s-60’s 

DATE NEEDED:  9/16 

GROUP 2: 

• CAUCASIAN LGBTQ BAR
• ALL GENDERS
• ALL AGES 18 and older

DATES NEEDED: 9/22 & 9/23 

*we would need you to commit to both dates* 

RATE: 170/12 

(paid covid testing as well) 

REQUIREMENTS:

• -Have a flexible schedule on those days (occasional mid day – overnight shoots) – we work 10-14 hour days. 
• – Must be 18 and older. 
• – This is a 1940’s period show – you must be willing to change hair color & hair style for the time frame- no modern cuts or colors, open to shaving facial hair – no tattoo’s that are not able to be covered, piercings and any manicured nails would have to be removed. 
• – You will have to report to a paid costume fitting prior to working. 
• – You will have to covid test provided by production prior to pre-fit and work day regardless of vaccination status. RATE: $50 per test (on non work days) 

*follow all of Sony/Amazon covid protocols while at the workplace*

‘Cha Cha Real Smooth’ Casting Call

ADULTS AGES 18-35 NEEDED FOR A FUN BAR MITZVAH PARTY SCENE ON “CHA CHA REAL SMOOTH” FILMING IN THE EAST LIBERTY AREA ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th! NO VISIBLE TATTOOS!

PLEASE DON’T SUBMIT IF YOU’VE ALREADY WORKED ON THIS SHOW OR ARE BOOKED TO WORK!

APPROX 11:30am Calltime which means filming will go into the night.  EXPECT 12-14 hours  . Pays $90 for the first 8 hours, then time and a half

Covid testing (nasal swab) will take place in Tarentum approx 9/9 as organized by our Health and Safety Department. Testing is required regardless of vaccination status. You’ll receive a $22.50 bump on your pay for testing. 

SAG/AFTRA and NON-UNION EXTRAS 23-50yrs NEEDED FOR A HEALTHCARE COMMERCIAL SHOOTING ON Friday September 10th in Pittsburgh.

• Pays the union buyout rate of $338 per day!
• Must be within driving distance of Pittsburgh (40 miles or less).
• We are looking for corporate looking business types ages 23-50.

Must be available early in the morning all day and have a reliable car to get to set.

Looking to hire a 1st AD on a low budget short film that will shoot in Philadelphia in late October. Flat rate of $2000. You’ll work closely with the Producer and Director to fulfill their creative ambitions, ensuring the project is executed safely, within budget and on time

Requirements: You must have a valid Driver’s license and be comfortable driving an equipment van. Meals provided on set. Travel/transportation, and lodging not provided or compensated. On-set days will consist of portal-to-portal 10 hour work days. You will be responsible for pre production duties beginning as soon as possible leading up to your on-set duties during the 2 rehearsal days and 5 shoot days in late October.

Pre Production duties: 

Act as main contact with vendors such as location owners, equipment rental, and food vendors
Check-in with location owners of shoot days and Notify surrounding tenants and necessary city officials of shoot day activities prior to production
Track all on-set production related expenses in order to rectify 
Distribute payment to cast and crew on time according to schedule
Create and distribute all production related materials (call sheets, time reports, etc.) for all cast and crew
 

On-set duties: 

Serve as liaison between Director and rest of crew 
Direct crowds & extras
Direct 2 PA’s 
coordinate with actors and extras to make sure that everyone is on set and camera ready when their respective scenes are ready to be filmed
Manage transportation for cast & crew between shoot locations
Make sure every aspect of the shoot keeps to schedule 
Responsible for health and safety of all production operations 
Resolve any conflicts on set
