Our client in the entertainment industry is seeking and Executive Assistant to join their team in Glendale, California! This position provides administrative support to the President and Managing Director.

  • Pay $35-$40 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all incoming communication and ensure interactions are handled in a professional manner.
  • Proactively manage President’s complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and plan and execute travel arrangements.
  • Ensure daily prioritization of communication, meetings, and action items in a fast paced environment that requires working directly with senior executives, teams and external partners in the Asia and Europe regions.
  • Prepare executive level presentations, memos, letters, spreadsheets and other correspondence.
  • Provide overall office administration and organizational task support, including screening and routing phone calls, maintaining filing system, preparing expense reports, and processing workflow requirements through SAP.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a global organization and ability to manage calendars, communication, and priorities across multiple time zones
  • Minimum seven years of proven administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and support an executive with frequent travel to the Asia and Europe regions
  • Experience working across multiple geographies

We’re looking for a full-time assistant project manager to join our team in New York City.

The Lab is the newest division at Theatre Projects. It exists in the space between concept and execution, delivering dynamic solutions to clients working in fine art, public art, themed environments, location-based entertainment, architectural features and attractions, exhibits/museums, immersive experiences, public arts comprehensive plans, and more.

Team members perform across project type, materiality, process, and place to generate original ideas that support original challenges. This can look like strategic planning, design engineering, technical direction, project management, fabrication and resourcing, implementation and long-term support, and anything in between.

Projects and ideas at the Lab, are moving fast. To keep up, we are looking for an assistant project manager eager to dive in and help build systems, templates, and documentation quickly. Interested? Read on.

Responsibilities of the role

To give a sense of the big-picture:

  • This is a full-time, NYC-office-based position with work from home options available for New York locals.
  • Start date would be as soon as possible.
  • Salary is $75,000-$90,000 with great benefits.

And the work itself?

  • Every project is a prototype; as such, we’re looking for creative solution-finders and expansive thinkers.
  • You will work alongside the Lab’s division head, coordinating all current and upcoming projects.
  • You will support on project scheduling and general management.
  • Additionally, you will be asked to generate new systems, templates, and documentation for this emerging division.
  • The nature of this work is flexible and new, and the position will continually evolve.

WAYS YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Senior Paid Social and Programmatic Manager at Direct Agents, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the planning, executing, and optimizing of paid advertising campaigns on various platforms to meet client objectives. Your ability to closely analyze campaign performance metrics and your strategic acumen will be key in contributing to our agency’s ongoing success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management:

  • Assume responsibility for optimizing the performance of paid media campaigns across various clients and industry verticals, including e-commerce, entertainment, and mobile apps. This includes Paid Social, Amazon (AMS/DSP), Programmatic, and Paid Search campaigns.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to continuously analyze and optimize campaigns. This includes evaluating conversion rates, keyword bids, impression shares, seasonal and geographical trends, search queries, keyword and ad copy research, landing page performance, conversion funnel efficiency, quality score improvement, competitive analysis, and distribution channel optimization, all aimed at achieving the highest possible ROI for clients.
  • Work closely with cross-channel teams to devise omnichannel strategies that enhance campaign performance and maximize client success.

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of clients’ business models, products/services, industry verticals, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to develop and execute campaigns that drive tangible business profitability and sustainable growth.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing biddable paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to be part of our marketing and communications team, which is entering a new growth phase. We seek an experienced marketing member with demonstrable experience across team management, GTM strategic planning and executions, and performance marketing.

The successful candidate will have a mix of marketing and analytic experience across multiple media channels (banner, streaming, paid search, social, CRM, TV, Radio) along with a demonstrated ability to connect the dots between desired marketing campaign/business outcomes and actual results to make actionable recommendations to improve product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the Go-to-Market plans for our marketing announcements, milestones, launches, and post-launch activities.
  • Lead analytic efforts to assess marketing initiatives and competitive landscapes while assessing a better understanding of marketing activity effectiveness.
  • Build, Lead, and Inspire a team of passionate marketing professionals at all experience levels.
  • Find opportunities to optimize workflow between marketing creative, production, and core marketing by establishing and improving processes.
  • Expand Survios’s integration of marketing analytics, media optimization, and CRM, focusing on taking our performance marketing initiatives to the next phase.
  • Collaborate with the production and development teams on the development of marketing materials, timelines, and milestones.
  • Contribute product feature suggestions to product teams based on customer research and competitive analysis.
  • Define product and campaign KPIs for multiple marketing milestones, monitoring, adapting, and optimizing initiatives as needed.
  • Foster a team culture based on transparency, collaboration, and support of one another.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, including development, publishing, and finance, to achieve Survios’ goals. Travel, both domestic and international, may be required.
  • Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or better, coupled with a minimum of 8 years experience and demonstrated career progression in marketing at a video game publisher, entertainment, technology, or consumer products.
  • Ability to identify and handle issues proactively and decisively with limited direction and oversight while also communicating consistently to executive leadership.
  • Experience developing and being responsible for strategic marketing plans, bringing them to market with data-driven campaign executions.
  • A proven track record of providing supportive and clear direction and feedback to team members and external parties.
  • Direct experience or collaborations in performance marketing, brand and product marketing, communications, influencer/content creator marketing, creative development, strategic marketing research and planning, social media marketing, and go-to-market strategy and executions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations of complex business issues to senior executives.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing successful and dynamic teams.

Base salary range between $175,000 USD – $190,000 USD (Base salary range for applicants located within the United States)
