STEALING JOKES will need about 200 Extras total, spread over the 4 week shoot in and around Detroit, starting April 11th, 2022.

The rate for General Extras this time is $120/8hrs ($15/hr).

About a dozen Featured Extras will also be needed. The rate for Featured Extras is $500/12hrs.

As a manager, responsibilities include employee goal setting, workload management, and regular syncs with a team of content producers, as well as contributing to the evolution of the agency’s creative product (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Pins, Stories). As a content producer, responsibilities include using diverse perspectives to create the touchpoints–the actual social media creative and copy–that allow our client brands to directly interact with their online communities and broader audiences. Creative assets range from original to existing assets (including UGC).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, grow, and support a team of social media content producers
  • Collaborating in planning and creation of ongoing content calendars, campaigns, and day-to-day execution of content on clients’ social media networks
  • Developing associated creative writing social post copy, sourcing and editing images, shooting custom product and lifestyle photography, video creation and editing (GIFs, stop motions, Reels, etc.) for clients’ social channels
    • Staying up-to-date and well-versed on new social media video trends including edits, styles and transitions
  • Understanding social channels and online communities and how they relate to content strategies and brand objectives
  • Collaborating cross-discipline to develop social media strategies for clients
  • Developing visual guidelines and tone-of-voice guides for clients

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Rich Knowledge of Social Media Content Creation:
    • Understanding of social media content creation with an eye for content that will resonate best with the intended audience, the awareness of content trends shaping the social landscape, and the attention to the little details that make a big impact.
    • Having a passion for trying new creative trends and living at the forefront of innovation in social and digital content
  • Strong Team Building Skills:
    • Proven track record of strong management skills including heightened emotional intelligence, the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, and the means to recognize the strengths within team members and actively seek opportunities to leverage them. Enjoys a collaborative team environment surrounded by other experts in paid media, analytics, account, and strategy.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in brand/agency social media marketing content creation

This Director of Photography will be helping develop a shot list and creative deck in preparation for a large scale shoot focused on product/lifestyle photography that will be used as omni-channel campaigns assets.

Ideal Director of Photography candidates will have:

– At least 5-10+ years of experience as a DP, Creative Director, Sr. Art Director, Producer, or relevant role handling this type of pre-production responsibility

Background: Automotive client is building a revolutionary live platform that allows the brand to interact with consumers in various ways:

  • Running a one-on-one consumer livestream experience with a product specialist
  • Running a larger consumer livestream directly with a product specialist
  • Broadcasting live events (Concerts, panels, etc.) featuring personalities (Celebrities, influencers, executives, employees, etc.) to the thousands with either pre-taped or live content

Description: The Associate Producer provides critical support to the on-studio Production team, ensuring successful studio operations. This role assists with prepping equipment, ongoing dialogue with Product Specialists on platform performance, real time bug feedback, and overall upkeep of product specialist equipment. When necessary, this role will help train new Product Specialist on equipment, app interface use and call angles/movement.

Qualifications

  • Partner with the product specialists to create exceptional livestream content; deliver best in class live stream experience
  • Maintain daily call log and track any inquiries regarding high-profile vehicles
  • Document caller details by tracking in call log (supports the PM’s in their activity)
  • Monitor group email account to ensure requests are being handled in a timely manner
  • Become the go to expert on platform live streaming functionality
  • Assist with virtual event content filming, coordination with product specialists, ongoing refinement of best practices
  • Work with shift Producer to ensure coverage for scheduled breaks and split up call capturing details during busy call days (this is a fluid practice which evolves as needed based on call volume)
  • Identify, log, and try to recreate any tech issues or user issues before submitting to Account Supervisor for resolution

  • Conduct test calls (ensure audio + video + chat are working)
  • Set out backup battery packs for each PS, ensure spare kit is prepped and ready to go (in the event one kit fails)
  • Prep kits for afternoon swing shift (mid-point in the day)
  • End of Day – Sanitize PS gear and charge all equipment
  • End of Day – Ensure all daily notes have been captured in the Daily Recap and saved / shut down and close studio
  • Replenishment of staff welfare items (water, coffee, cups, lids)
  • Help maintain entire showroom including BOH areas (kitchen, common area, bathrooms)

Common Citizen, a Michigan cannabis company, is looking for an expert in marijuana laws to be part of a two episode series of videos. These videos will be posted on Common Citizen social media accounts and will be seen in Common Citizen stores across Michigan.
 
The rate for this project is $2500 per person.
