CASTING FOR A COMMERCIAL

Are you or do you know someone (friend, family member or neighbor) receiving Medicare benefits and has additional coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network? 

We are in search of Blue Cross Members who are comfortable on camera to offer testimonial for an upcoming video production. Production would take place the week of August 28, 2022.

Participants would need to be available for an interview day with Chuck Gaidica and a B Roll day where we film them doing an activity/hobby they enjoy.

All filming will take place in the Metro Detroit Area.

Requirements:

  • Ages: 65 and over
  • Receiving Medicare Benefits and have additional coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network

The Content Producer will produce content for use primarily across social media channels, blogs, and websites – but may also extend to support additional digital and traditional advertising channels. This position will take on work that ranges from general content development to more complex contributions to campaign initiatives that require strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content including to achieve client business goals. Duties will include – but are not limited to – selecting, editing, and/or creating content in the form of images, photos, graphics, GIFs, video, audio to support ongoing social media and other digital media content needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media/digital content by selecting and editing existing content, and/or producing new content consistent with brand standards, industry best practices, and aligned with client objectives
  • Work with internal teams (strategy, social, account) to understand campaign goals and target market to develop state-of-the-art digital/social media content
  • Adhere to production deadlines and creative direction provided by Content Manager and planned social editorial calendars
  • Produce original branded content to support short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Work with analytics team to understand campaign performance for opportunities to optimize content
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform changes, new channels, social media landscape and best practices
  • Contribute new ideas and innovative techniques to increase customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and capable of managing implementation of campaign components to engage with a community
  • Experience creating content for channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube
  • Demonstrate ability to develop content in both written and visual forms
  • Possess the ability to generate engaging content against short timelines
  • Able to manage workload and timelines independently
  • Well-organized and proactive with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe suite of tools, especially Premiere and After Affects
  • Working knowledge and experience using professional video equipment.
  • Ability to understand data and trends in order to continually optimize content for engagement

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of creating/coordinating social media content across multiple channels
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in art, advertising, communications or marketing, or qualifying work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Overview:
The Cast Member is responsible for entertaining guests in a haunted attraction setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    *Rehearses assigned role and performs the role consistently for guests. *Portray assigned character as stated on the Actor Hot Sheet. This includes: characterization, lines, makeup, and costumes. *Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area. *Meet scheduling and availability requirements. *Protect costumes from abuse or damage. Report all issues to the Costume Director. *Ensure general housekeeping including green room, make-up area, costume area and bathrooms. *Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. *Comply with the Code of Ethics and Workplace Harassment policy. *Any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

We’re seeking a Video Producer to join our team and help us create the most compelling custom video campaigns in the upper Midwest. Bennett Media Group is looking for a talented, creative leader with an appetite for life and a passion to be different. This individual will be equal parts producer, videographer and creative writer, with a bit of post-production as well. We want a candidate who will efficiently collaborate closely with teammates on all levels within our agency. They will be a turnkey addition to our growing team and must be willing to jump in the deep end, creating on day one. Responsibilities: 

·     Lead all aspects of creative development, contributing to ideation, scripting, pre-production, video shooting, video editing, and production equipment budgets/needs.

·     Participate in brainstorms to develop video ideas that promote the objectives and brands of our clients.

·     Ideate and develop videos designed for consumption across all available platforms, including internal, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TV, Pre-Roll and more.

·     Amend, revise and/or redevelop concepts based on internal and client feedback. 

·     Collaborate effectively and efficiently within team setting as well as directly with clients.

·     Adhere to production timelines from Account Managers and strict traffic deadlines with our vendors.

·     Stay abreast of emerging trends in entertainment, video production and all production equipment.

 

 

Requirements: 

·     Experience working in a creative/production role, with a diverse portfolio featuring social content, digital campaign examples and long form video.

·     Exceptional skill in lighting set up and filming in all environments including interviews, outdoors and in studio.

·     Exceptional ability in motion graphics and title animation.

·     Expertise in full-scale production process; including creating scripts, directing shoots and leading others in the process is crucial.

·     Must be a leader (and a team player) with strong communications skills, an eye for detail and a knack for problem solving.

·     Vast Knowledge with the latest camera technology and necessary software is required.

·     A passion for every aspect of the video process as well as a drive to push creativity boundaries while exceeding the expectations of our clients is a must.

·     Experience with adobe suite such as, after effects, premiere pro, photoshop. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Experience with Canon cameras preferred but not necessary.
