Rate of Pay: Featured Extra Session & Usage: $500 (rate is based on 10 hr day and includes session and FE usage). 

Some talent will be upgraded to OCP – if you are bumped up you will receive an add’l $800. 

Run/Usage: Background buyout for FE’s. If upgraded to principal, then usage will be at one year, including broadcast, cable, connected TV, internet, streaming, streaming audio, podcast, display, all social, industrial. Includes all versions, edits and lifts.

All talent are hired as Unrecognizable Featured Background (body parts only – arms, hands, etc) IF they are recognizable they will receive an upgrade to OCP.

• Minimum 2-3 years recent experience managing at a collection agency. Must have b2b collections experience.

• Strong on collection strategy and tactics including mid and large balance portfolios.
• Able to manage portfolios to hit targeted liquidation rates.
• Analytic abilities including working knowledge of Excel.
