  • Baby in a Carter’s Halloween costume trying to walk up the stairs with candy.
  • Baby in Carter’s awkwardly walking with a Halloween candy bucket, candy keeps falling out and they pick it back up and put in bucket over and over again.
  • Baby in a Carter’s Halloween outfit eating the pumpkin goop of a jack o’ lantern, keeps trying it and making a face, like trying a lemon for the first time.
  • Baby in arteris trying to put on a halloween headband (like cat ears) over and

Religion Of Sports is seeking a highly talented and motivated Motion Graphics Art Director to join our Emmy-winning team at ROS Labs, a newly established department at the company focused on innovative motion design, VFX, and graphic design for film and television, as well as emerging technologies like VR and AR. As the Motion Graphics Art Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative direction of motion graphics projects across multiple platforms, including film/television, social media, and emerging technologies. You will work side-by-side with the Executive Creative Director and lead creatives to be a partner in creating groundbreaking work.

Responsibilities

● Lead the art direction of motion graphics projects from concept to completion, providing clear direction to designers and animators to maintain the vision for a project.

● Work closely with the ECD to develop and present creative concepts to clients and internal project teams, focusing on stewarding a unified vision from concept to completion.

● Ensure that all motion graphics projects are visually stunning, innovative, and meet the highest creative standards.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, continually pushing the boundaries of motion graphics and design.

● Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively problem-solve project issues.

● Mentor and develop junior designers and animators, guiding their creative growth and development.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

● 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics production, including experience as an art director leading teams of artists and vendors.

● Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work and creative leadership.

● Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D programs (Cinema 4d/Octane/Redshift preferred). Some proficiency (or dabbling) in additional software like Unreal Engine/Houdini/Meta Spark are a plus.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

● Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

As an Assistant Art Director on our Creative Team be involved in creating campaigns that have an instant, positive impact on DXL’s consumer in order to promote the product or brand being advertised. We’re looking for someone:

  • With a bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, and/or Marketing
  • That has 5+ years digital design experience; fashion and retail experience (preferred)
  • Is knowledgeable in the Adobe Creative Suite; including designing in, editing, and has handled production-ready files
  • That has fluency in social media, content development, video, display and brand advertising
  • That has knowledge of Work Front (a plus!)
  • That has strength in visual concept development for marketing and advertising communications translating business & brand goals into meaningful communication campaigns and tactics
  • That has a thorough comprehension of photography, typography, and printing

Our ideal Senior Art Director is a team leader who will push the boundaries of traditional retail online shopping to take our client to the next chapter by creating compelling stories and solidifying its strong brand. As one of the key creative leaders in charge of the brand identity and aesthetic, the Senior Art Director will be responsible for generating innovative visuals across all mediums: campaign development, graphic design, photography, branding, UI/UX + web, package design, 3D/CGI, and motion.
