GWCI is Seeking people for background work on the feature film JULIET to portray Cool, Edgy Demonstrators (Non-SAG-AFTRA covered), ages 20s-40s.

Tentative Dates are as follows:

COVID test 24-48 hrs before fitting and work 
Fitting 3/7, 3/8, or 3/9 in NJ ($15 stipend provided for travel)
Work Saturday, 3/25 and Sunday, 3/26 

Non-SAG-AFTRA rate: $165/10hrs; $60 testing stipend. 
Fittings are paid 1/4 check of your filming rate.

ALL COVID Tests are mandatory for work! COVID Testing is available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Bayonne NJ.

COVID Testing is required 24-48 hours before your fitting date AND AGAIN 24-48 hours before your workshop date.
All fittings will be held in Jersey City, NJ, and production provides a $15 travel stipend. 

Everyone must be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke. 

Everyone should be comfortable having their phone securely locked up by production while filming on set. 

All men must be comfortable being clean-shaven for the work dates

This background performer role is not covered by a SAG-AFTRA CBA and subject to a Preference of Employment provision.

Its That Time…Elf on the Shelf Casting Time:

Shoots in Atlanta, GA the week of March 20th. ((more than likely only needed for one day)
(must be 3hrs local to Atlanta, GA)

CRITERIA FOR CASTING:

Boys and Girls Ages 6yrs to 9yrs (really want kids with some set experience, would love to see any social media or past work /links ect)  Can add that on the submission form

Also would love to have Mom and/ or DAd and even a grandparent.
You CAN submit your child without an adult as well.

SEEKING:

CALIFORNIA DADS WITH MEXICAN DESCENT 

• Should be fluent in Spanish and English. 
• Have kids currently between 0-18 y/o 
• Prefer California based dads but willing to open for right candidate.

Females should have hair that is shoulder length or shorter. Females should have natural nails.  NO VISIBLE TATTOOS IN SHORT-SLEEVED UNIFORMS.

Searching for MALE  LATINO DARK HAIR/KIDS and Male Latino Parents to work a STILL PHOTO SHOOT (this will be a photo used in the show), on Wed., March 8th, with a Covid test on Tuesday, March 7th. There will also be a fitting.

All children booked need a JOAN PHILO WORK PERMIT! If you don’t have your child’s Joan Philo work permit, please ask for a letter of intent, and we can tell you how to obtain one. If you have a work permit, please send it as an attachment.

This photo shoot is happening quickly, and we need to submit photos to the director to choose the kids in the photograph.

Position Overview

Responsibilities 

• Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers 
• Electronically and physically file important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, and letters 
• Planning and organizing events 
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements 
• Manage the office space 
• Assist in CEO’s inbox management 
• Performing personal errands for the C-suite executives as required
