Position OverviewÂ
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal person for the job will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple and competing demands, experience booking travel, and demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and effectively solve problems.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customersÂ
- Electronically and physically file important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, and lettersÂ
- Planning and organizing eventsÂ
- Make travel and accommodation arrangementsÂ
- Manage the office spaceÂ
- Assist in CEO’s inbox managementÂ
- Performing personal errands for the C-suite executives as requiredÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
