FLETCHER 

• A BOY, to play the role of Fletcher, the son.
• Aged about 10, unbroken voice, under 4 foot 10in (147cm). 
• Black/African Caribbean /dual heritage.
• Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010; (Occupational Requirements) applies
• Strong acting, with a clear voice and an excellent singer.
• He will also need to dance.
• Cheeky and charming, with good energy, and be able to take direction.
