Experience working in the digital and virtual spaces is a plus. Candidates must show a portfolio of winning ideas and demonstrate an understanding of how strategic thinking can help guide creative. Interpersonal and presentation skills are a must, as this is a heavily client-facing role. We are also seeking individuals who enjoy mentoring and guiding others who are earlier in their creative career paths.
