Elements Studio is searching for a passionate and experienced Video Director/Producer to join our Team of Creative Professionals in High Point, North Carolina.

The heartbeat of any production; you will spearhead a wide variety of video projects – ensuring they are creative, efficient, and impactful – delivered on budget and on time. The ideal candidate has a dynamic portfolio of projects that demonstrate top-tier Directing & Producing work in a variety of formats and styles. Sharpened video production acumen, a drive for success, and a passion for storytelling is essential in this role.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

* Director &/or Produce impactful videos that engage key audiences – and enjoy doing it!

* Work with key staff to manage project schedules, resources, crews, and budgets from the conceptualization stage through final edit.

* Create scripts, mood reels, storyboards – conceptualizing & pitching engaging ideas to existing/potential clients and internally.

* Establish strong partnership with our clients, resources, and crews to help conceive and execute a wide-range of video projects.

* Collaborate with key studio partners to ensure successful execution throughout the all phases of the project.

* Methodically assess and resolve logistical and creative obstacles throughout a project’s life.

* Uphold a high standard of production, creativity, and continuity between multiple projects.

* Actively maintain expertise in the latest technology trends, techniques, and tools related to film and video production.

Studio projects are either lead by a single individual in the Director/Producer role OR a Team in traditional above-the-line roles – based on the scope &/or budget of a project.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 6+ years directing/producing experience in film, commercial, media production, or related field or equivalent at a production company, studio, or creative agency

* A strong portfolio of successful, high-quality videos, commercials, television shows, films…etc.

* A strong knowledge of all aspects of the filmmaking process

* The proven ability to effectively lead internal and external production teams

* An expert communicator and planner with a proven record of project successes

* An understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across channels and key audiences

* Passion for keeping up with trends across all types of media associated with film, video, commercials, web, digital and social media

* The ability to package and present projects in an inspiring manner

* Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization and collaboration skills

* Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals and stakeholders from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations

* Comfortable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment

* Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as the need arises

COMPENSATION: $50,000 – $80,000/year | Starting pay based on skill/experience – with room to grow.

* Experience and understanding of the lifecycle and placement of videos in New Media.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of TV news and line producing or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills: Editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
  • Skills: Broadcast news writing (including tease writing); strong editorial judgement and journalistic integrity
  • Abilities: Effective communication, excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking, time management, collaborative, positive attitude, detail-oriented

JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care and compact construction equipment is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help drive the next phase of our growth. This person will be a key member of the marketing organization providing administrative support to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team assisting in the execution of the overall Marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director with assisting on production and project coordination needs.
  • Aid with printed collateral development, specification verification, proofing, final approval, and inventory management of all printed marketing collateral.
  • Support social media community management and expediting urgent requests as needed.
  • Maintains, organizes, and distributes marketing assets, such as, photography, print/digital ads, logos, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking all physical marketing inventory.
  • Manages the department’s internal and external requests and email inbox.
  • Assist with marketing budget tracking including preparing approvals, purchase orders, invoice payment and budget reconciliation.
  • Assist with Tradeshows and Events throughout the year.
  • Assist in reviewing co-op advertising approvals/denials.

KIOTI Tractor

Responsibilities: The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the Area Director of Sales and Marketing with the total sales and marketing efforts of the three hotels, Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, JB Duke Hotel, and The Lodge at Duke Medical Center. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the tactical execution of all marketing related initiatives as assigned by the Area Director of Sales and Marketing.

Duties:

  • Work closely with the Area Director of Sales and Marketing to develop revenue generating programs and initiatives – and provide input on existing programs and initiatives
  • Coordinate all in-house collateral development, including monthly and weekly newsletters, event promotions, instructional signage, rack cards, guest directory, outdoor signage, etc.
  • Champion relationships with advertising agency, e-commerce marketing partners and all vendors
  • Assist with the development of all photography and manage photo library
  • Collaborate with hotels’ public relations firm to ensure an integrated approach for all programs and initiatives
  • Assist with the management of the website(s) content, ongoing development of the sites, booking activity, search engine optimization programs, all pay per click programs and managing the transition of the current websites to new platforms while developing new content.
  • Monitor and evaluate all web statistics to assure maximum traffic and exposure for the site
  • Assist in direct mail efforts, including providing input in creative direction, writing and editing content, proofing, and working with outside vendors
  • Provide thought leadership and generate e-communications to a variety of audiences, including guests and potential new guests
  • Manage e-database, customer history, opt in database and all incidental databases for promotion to both transient and group customers
  • Liaison with departments to provide for their marketing needs
  • Work with Leadership to ensure that brand standards are being met on all materials produced in house
  • Assist with development of annual marketing plan and monthly marketing plan implementation
  • Track the inventory of marketing collateral and supplies to ensure adequate levels are on hand at all times
