Job Description
A fast-growing creative agency is seeking a full-time Content and Community Executive to help elevate brand storytelling across multiple digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social media, loves working with creators, and enjoys turning ideas into impactful content. You’ll play a key part in developing original strategies, producing engaging posts, and managing online communities across various industries.
Job Responsibilities

Manage organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Develop storytelling-driven content that boosts reach, engagement, and brand presence

Conceptualize and create scroll-stopping content based on PR wins and brand moments
-
Work closely with clients to produce visuals that reflect their brand direction
-
Find and engage influencers, creators, and community partners
-
Use AI-powered tools to improve content workflows and creativity
-
Track analytics and generate insightful performance reports
-
Build content calendars and schedule posts
-
Produce and manage photoshoots, including concept creation and detailed shoot briefs
Requirements

3+ years of experience in social media or content creation (internships included)

Strong storytelling skills and solid understanding of content strategies

Confident working on-location, directing shoots, and collaborating with clients

Proficiency with tools like Canva, Monday, Google Docs, and AI creative tools

Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients and collaborators

Experience in PR, campaigns, or amplification is a plus
-
Future-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and digital trends

Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment

The Role
The NT team are seeking an Executive Producer to lead editorial planning and content gathering for the ABC’s rural coverage in Northern Territory. In this role you will create content that aligns with ABC strategy and supports the achievement of team’s objectives.
The Job
Reporting to the Northern Territory Editor, in this key role you will:
- Produce (and present as required) the Northern Territory Country Hour radio program.
- Provide editorial leadership in planning and production to create distinctive and compelling rural content for multiple platforms.
- Work collaboratively with Editors and their Rural Reporters across Northern Territory to produce strong rural content for multiple platforms.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Local Emergency Coverage plan and communicate with relevant stakeholders as required.

With advanced editorial skills, demonstrated knowledge of rural areas together with experience in guiding and developing content makers to create distinctive and compelling, multi-platform content, you will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated significant equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
