Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Club Manager at LA Fitness located in Staten Island, NY. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness club, including managing staff, ensuring member satisfaction, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing fitness clubs or relatable management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- In person 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
- Passion for health and fitness
- Must pass background test

Compensation Details:
- Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
