We are looking for a Club Coordinator to assist with overall daily operations of the Club.

Type: 40 hours a week

Monday through Friday

Conejo Valley Area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the overall operations of club facilities, staff, marketing.
  • Responsible for lesson planning and creating innovating programs and activities
  • Classroom management of a group of children.
  • Track, plan, promote, and encourage program participation.
  • Ensure quality programs, prepare youth for success, and promote the safety of members, and quality in programs.
  • Perform administrative and front desk membership responsibilities.
  • Responsible for invoicing of membership dues and activities fees.
  • Assures all members and guests adhere to registration procedures on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience with youth programs.
  • One to three years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting youth activities.
  • Ability to communicate with the general public clearly and to organize and problem solve
  • Ability to plan, implement and organize quality programs for youth while providing a safe environment.
  • Demonstrated Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
  • Ability to recruit, train, supervises, and motivates staff.
  • Background check & references clearance required.
  • Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members’ parents and general public to assist in resolving problems
  • Required to keep Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certification on file
