Position Summary.
As a Senior Creative Producer at Revery, your primary responsibility will be to lead a key team whose core function is storytelling through collaborative concepting, capture, and creation of animated video and design content. You will oversee and participate in the day-to-day operations across the account, ensuring both client and team needs are met.
You will be responsible for evolving and executing the strategic vision, but most importantly ensuring we are exceeding client and team expectations with the highest quality deliverables and experience. You will provide account leadership through a close, collaborative working relationship with clients and be a valuable team member to both staff and freelance producers. You will partner with the Creative Director and Executive Creative Producer to concept, plan for, and execute projects. The Senior Creative Producer role requires a hands-on approach in supporting the work, balanced by the ability to zoom out and strategically connect it to a larger portfolio and project/client goals.

The Revery studio is based in Portland, OR and operates on a hybrid in-studio / work-from-home model. This is a full-time position open to candidates in Portland, OR and Los Angeles, CA.
What You’ll Do.
- Demonstrate and lend expertise in the production of complex, integrated projects across a variety of media channels: brand design, interactive, and animation.
- Help teams translate creative ideas into excellent creative execution, regardless of scale.
- Demonstrate extensive experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.
- Be a flexible problem solver, taking unplanned shifts in stride without losing sight of the end goal.
- Ensure timely delivery of multiple, often concurrent projects within scope and above expectation.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Supervise one or more Associate Producers.

Specific Responsibilities.
- Oversee and manage projects including but not limited to: creative concepting, branding, copywriting, animated videos, and illustration.
- Initiate new projects, lead scoping and bidding, execute creative briefs, and provide detailed information to the team, often with limited information from the client.
- Effectively participate in creative and conceptual brainstorming sessions while maintaining detailed notes and action items for the creative team to ensure successful follow-through.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients to help drive continuous growth within our account teams.
- Work closely with the Executive Client Director and Executive Producer to assess new opportunities, and participate in all key decisions and scoping.
- Plan for and manage creative resourcing across multiple projects utilizing the same team. Utilize project workflow visibility to advise EPon optimized team composition.
- Assess day-to-day priorities for the internal creative teams, manage creative & client stakeholder approval checkpoints, remove project roadblocks, and proactively surface production challenges to Revery’s Leadership team.
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations – both internally and with our clients.
- Ensure and maintain responsibility for clean, efficient, and timely completion of all projects assigned to your team. This includes accounting reconciliation, archiving deliverables, and final delivery to client.
- Approach jobs with an awareness and keen eye toward profit and loss, making strategic recommendations that balance best utilization of resources and profit performance by project.
- Partner with internal and external resources to generate estimates, track actuals, and supervise all stages of production from concepting through final delivery.
- Lead the resourcing process for creative freelance roles on individual projects as needed, including portfolio reviews, initial conversations, contracts, and onboarding.
- Become fluent in brand guidelines and strategy for each client to establish a trusting relationship between the client and Revery creative team.
- Remain current on Revery practices and always deliver work “on brand” for the studio.
Overall Qualifications.
- A minimum of 5+ years as a Creative Producer or Program Manager at a creative agency or similar environment with specific experience overseeing design, branding, motion, and illustration projects, preferably at a program/account leader level.
- High-level understanding of UI and/or product design.
- Proven success at high-quality production and storytelling with a passion for delivering great work.
- Past experience with resourcing for creative and design teams.
- Ability to forecast, build, and maintain complex project timelines and detailed creative resourcing plans.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with several ongoing projects.
- Strong financial acumen, skilled at managing a program of budgets with varied ranges and engagement models from small, quick-turn projects to complex, highly integrated budgets.
- Experience in leading writers and design teams through robust and complex creative projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with clients, production resources, and vendors at all levels (including executive level) and across functions.
- Demonstrated track record of effective conflict resolution, creative problem-solving, team-building, and collaboration.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office software, and working knowledge of Keynote, InDesign, and Figma.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and strategic intellect.
- Exposure and/or knowledge of live-action video production is a plus.
- Previous experience working with a tech client is a plus.
