Are you registered with us? If not, go to our website and follow t
the instructions to register with our company.

YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY. If we do not have your registration, you CAN NOT be considered.
This serves as an availability check – not a booking. If we are able to book you, it will be on the project we chose based on your responses.

There are 3 steps involved in working on the show:
1. AVAILABILITY CHECK (OR COMPLETING SURVEY)
2. BOOKING EMAIL
3. CALL INFO

Here’s an explanation of what those steps are!

1. AVAILABILITY CHECK:
A few days before each episode shoots, you will receive an availability check for the dates we need you. You will need to respond with your availability for those dates ASAP. Or complete a survey with your availability.
An availability check does NOT mean you are booked!
Once we receive everyone’s availability, we will book people based on the needs of the production for those days.

2. BOOKING EMAIL
If you are booked, you will receive a BOOKING EMAIL. It will give you the details of the days you are booked to work. You must respond to your booking or you will be replaced.
If you respond to the AVAILABILITY CHECK or FILL OUT SURVEY, and don’t receive a booking email, it means that you are not needed for that particular episode. We will do our best to get a booking email to you no later than 48 hours of the shoot date.
If production has last minute changes, this can sometimes lead to a cancellation. We will do our best to book you at a later date if this happens.

3. CALL INFO
The day before your booking you will receive your CALL INFO. You can expect this email to arrive some time between 8:00PM and 11:00PM. This is because we do not get the official call times until they are finished filming on that current day. When you receive your CALL INFO email you are REQUIRED to respond. This is how we know you have received the information and that you will be there.

Thanks,
Erin, Jess and Amanda

Fox Orders New ’24’ Pilot Without a WHITE Lead Actor

0

Fox’s 24 spinoff will feature a Black or Hispanic actor as the lead role.

Producers seeking nonwhite actor to replace Kiefer Sutherland

It’s official: Fox is rebooting the 24 franchise. But, this time around the hit TV show’s spinoff will have an all-new cast, with producer looking for an African-American actor to take over the longtime series star Kiefer Sutherland.

Fox has ordered a TV pilot for 24: Legacy, a new series franchise starter that contains many of the original features that launched 24 for nine seasons on Fox: “The pilot will feature an all-new cast of characters and retain the real-time, pulse-pounding, fast-paced format with split screens and complex interweaving storylines, with each episode representing one hour of an eventful day.”

The show’s original producers Howard Gordon, Manny Coto and Evan Katz will return as the show’s executive producers.

This ultimately means that Jack Bauer played by Sutherland has firmly been written off the franchise. Sutherland has recently been cast in a new ABC TV series called Designated Survivor where he will play a man suddenly becomes the President after a terrorist attack during the State of the Union address.

the upcoming 24 reboot is about a military ero, “Eric Carter,” who returns to the United States and trouble follows him back to the states, which forces him to ask the Counter Terrorism Unit for help in saving his family, and stopping a major terrorist attack.

The pilot is going to start filming in the next few weeks and while casting is still underway, Fox is looking for an African American or Latino man to play “Eric Carter”. Fox TV chairmain and CEO Dana Walden and Gary Newman said the following about their casting decision:

“We wanted [the star] to be as different from Jack Bauer as possible, whether that’s an African-American or a Latino actor,”

“We wanted [the star] to be as different from Jack Bauer as possible, whether that’s an African-American or a Latino actor,” Walden said, with Newman adding: “As envisioned, the lead character would be diverse, so that will be our first effort in casting. As always, we’re going to cast the best actor we can find for the role. As you can imagine, bringing 24 back, we want to really try to create some distinction and make this feel different than Jack Bauer’s 24, so having a diverse actor in that lead role I think would be helpful in doing that.”

A series will feature 12 episodes like the 2014 reboot Live Another Day, rather than the strict and time sensitive 24-episode format of the original series. “That’s something we discussed for years, ‘It’s 24 — it has to be 24 episodes,’ ” Walden said. “I don’t think any of us believe that a 24-episode arc in this day and age is the way to go.”

In addition, producers plan on changing the format and instead of having a lone wolf they envision “Eric Carter” having a partner and paired with a female co-lead. “There’s also a female co-lead who is a former head of CTU,” said Fox Television Chairman and CEO Dana Walden at the Television Critics Association in Pasadena on Friday. “It doesn’t feel like it is fully replicating the original in terms of how much Jack Bauer carried by himself, but it’s a very prominently featured lead.”

Walden also told reporters that there will be a time jump in the show’s storyline and that Legacy will focus on sleeper cells radicalizing Americans. “It’s a new CTU, a new cast of characters,” she said. “It’s a completely different story in terms of the special ops groups that we’re focusing on. It’s a very contemporary feeling story about the potential to activate new sleeper cells in the United States and radicalizing Americans. It’s a whole new story. There are nods in the pilot to prior CTU agents, there are a couple photos that will feel reminiscent of the original, but no ongoing [returning] characters.”

This news comes as CBS announced that they are not looking for a white actress to play Nancy Drew and NBC’s Shades of Blue creator saying that the white man’s 15 minutes are finally up. Ultimately showcasing the change in Hollywood’s diversity policy.

3 Atlanta Filmed TV Shows Are Possibly Getting Cancelled

0

Atlanta’s The Vampire Diaries, Sleepy Hollowand The Originals are on the verge of getting cancelled due to poor ratings.

TV execs are strongly considering cancelling three Atlanta filmed TV shows. According to TVLine.com, The Vampire Diaries, Sleepy Hollow and The Originals are “on the bubble” of getting cancelled. Apparently, the ratings for these three TV shows have struggled in the past few months.

The Vampire Diaries

In Hollywood, once a show’s schedule is moved to Friday it is sent to “Friday-Night-Purgatory” which means TV execs are strongly considering cancelling the show unless DVR and ratings increase. For example, according to TVLine Sleepy Hollow suffered a double-digit decline and Fox quickly moved the once popular TV series to Friday.

The same thing happened to CW’s The Originals and The Vampire Diaries. In fact, once Nina Dobrev quit the TV series to focus on major motion pictures, ratings for The Vampire Diaries have not quite recovered. “The one time CW smash has fallen on hard times. Despite creative resurgence, ratings are down sans Nina Dobrev and, beginning in January, it’s moving to the Cancellation Waiting Room known as Friday nights.” TVLine also suggests that if The Vampire Diaries gets cancelled so will The Originals. “And we have to imagine if The CW is going to save one of the two shows, it’s not going to be the lower-rated, less popular offshoot.”

Regardless of what happens to these once popular TV shows, casting directors are constantly looking for new talent to work on their corresponding productions. To audition for a background acting, stand-in, crew, or even possible speaking role, check out the latest casting call breakdowns here.

[WATCH] Michael Caine’s Secret Surprising Acting Tip

Michael Caine is one Hollywood’s most critically acclaimed actors in the film industry.

But, did you know he practices his lines over 1,000 times before he ever heads to set?

In an interview with 60 Minutes, Michael Caine tells Lesley Stahl he reads his lines a minimum of 1,000 times before he stes foot on a set. And he read only his own lines, not those of his fellow actors. “I don’t want to be in the situation where I know what he’s going to say,” he explains. “I know what my bloody answer is. I’ve said it a thousand times. So I listen to what he says and that’s what makes the difference.”

His wife even commented on his acting technique. He goes over and over his lines and that has become a way of life with him,” she says. “I realize that, and he realizes too, that excellence is only by hard work, you know?”

Creator of NBC’s ‘Shades of Blue’ Says “White Man’s 15 Minutes Are Up”

0

Creator of NBC’sShades of Blue‘ says things are quickly changing for white actors in Hollywood

Hollywood is slowly changing. After studies showing that shows and movies with non-white performers do better than all white casts, Hollywood is changing their casting process. Despite, not nominating a single black person for the 2016 Academy Awards, some TV creators, casting directors and producers are changing the casting formula and one particular TV creator says the era for white actors is over.

The creator of the new Jennifer Lopez drama, Shades of Blue, Adi Hasak, was interviewed by TheWrap to discuss diversity in Hollywood and he didn’t hold back. “I think in general, broadcasters are realizing that the white man’s 15 minutes are up,” Adi Hasak joked in an interview with TheWrap. “I think everyone’s woken up to a new reality.”

“I think in general, broadcasters are realizing that the white man’s 15 minutes are up.”

And Adi Hasak maybe right. NBC is leading the way with diversity by adding three new shows featuring a diverse cast – Shades of Blue, Superstore, and Telenovela.

Hasak describes one production meeting for casting the new TV series, Shades of Blue and how diversity became a key topic of discussion.“We have a meeting and Elaine says, ‘You know who would be great for this? Jen.” And I’m like “Who’s Jen?” And she says, ‘Jennifer Lopez.’” Hasak told TheWrap. “I roll my eyes, because when guys like me make lists, they always begin with Jennifer Lopez, and if you’re lucky, you get to the bottom of the list.”

Fast forward several months later and Shades of Blue is a hit TV series on NBC. According to reports, Shades of Blue premiered to solid ratings and is raved by critics. New York Magazine calls the cast a perfect match, “The whole cast is pretty much perfect for the story Shades of Blue is trying to tell. Lopez makes a fine lead–she’s tough and unsentimental here, and even though they’ve made her look gorgeous, you don’t necessarily think of her as a glamorous character. But it’s Liotta’s show.”

Jennifer Lawrence Reacts to ‘Joy’s Oscar Snub

Jennifer Lawrence talks about getting nominated for another Academy Award.

Even though Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t appreciate people on their phone and her and Bradley Cooper rarely talk on the phone, Jennifer Lawrence is excited about the 2016 Oscars.

Jennifer Lawrence is Hollywood’s sweetheart. Nearly everything she does is perfect and legions of her fans line-up and around movie theaters in order to catch a glimpse of the Oscar winning actress on the silver screen. However, her latest project, Joy, was snubbed in the box office and the Hunger Games star was the only person receiving a nomination.

Days after winning a Golden Globe, Jennifer Lawrence received her fourth Academy Award nomination Thursday for her acting in Joy, the movie based on the life of Miracle Mop creator Joy Mangano. It would be the only nomination the movie would receive, ending director, David O. Russell’s hit streak; American Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook and The Fighter were all nominated for best director and best picture.

When asked about her Oscar nomination Jennifer Lawrence said, “It feels amazing, and I’m really honored,” she said.

“It feels amazing, and I’m really honored,”

But, according to an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Lawrence said that winning awards is not a big deal at the end of the day. “This certainly doesn’t drive him,” she said. “He’s not petty.” Lawrence added: “Everyone worked on the film just as hard for me. And it’s such a personal movie for David.”

“Everyone worked on the film just as hard for me. And it’s such a personal movie for David.”

This should not come as a surprise as Joy wasn’t really ranked highly by movie critics. In fact, Rotten Tomatoes calls Joy a good movie only because of Jennifer Lawrence. “Joy is anchored by a strong performance from Jennifer Lawrence, although director David O. Russell’s uncertain approach to its fascinating fact-based tale only sporadically sparks bursts of the titular emotion.”

Maybe it was the acting tips from Robert De Niro that helped JLaw land her fourth Oscar nomination.

‘Making of A Murderer’ Steven Avery’s Ex-Girlfriend Says He’s a ‘SICK Monster’

0

Steven Avery‘s ex-fiancée from Netflix’s Making of a Murderer says he’s guilty.

Despite a 100,000 signatures calling for Steven Avery’s release from prison, one important person still thinks he’s guilty.

Steven Avery’s former girlfriend, Jodi Stachowski, was portrayed as the light and hope in Steven Avery’s life while his entire world was crashing around him. But, according to a new report and interview with HLN, the Making of a Murder girlfriend reveals that Steven Avery is “sick” and “a monster,” deemed their relationship “abusive,” and claimed, “He threatened to kill me, and my family, and a friend of mine.”

Making-a-Murderer-600x300

“He’d beat me all the time, punch me, throw me against the wall. I tried to leave, he smashed the windshield out of my car so I couldn’t leave him,” she said.

Stachowski said her appearance in Making a Murderer was “all an act”because she was intimidated by Avery. “Steven called me and told me that if I didn’t say anything good and nice about him, I’d pay,” she told HLN. She said she saw that as a direct threat to her life, if he was released from jail.

In Making a Murder the documentary showed Stachowski discussing multiple phone calls the night of Teresa Halbach’s murder in order to provide an alibi for Avery. Then Stachowski claimed regarding her phone calls from jail, “The conversation with normal. He didn’t sound rushed or like he was doing anything, and if he was in the middle of doing something, we wouldn’t have talked for 15 minutes.”

However, Stachowski said that Avery “did sound funny” the night of the murder. “I mean, he didn’t sound rushed or…whatever. But he did sound funny, like he was lying or hiding something,” she said. She said that she repeatedly asked Avery if he killed Halbach and “he always said no,” but she didn’t believe him because, “I know the way he is.”

Stachowski described Avery as someone who was severely impacted after spending 18 years in prison for rape that he did not commit. “He told me once, excuse my language, ‘All bitches owe him,’ because of the one that sent him to prison the first time,” she explained. “We all owed him and he could do whatever he wanted.”

Stachowski says she was also never bribed by law enforcement and that she was never told by the filmmakers behind Making a Murderer. However, she does not know if the filmmakers were aware of Steven Avery’s history of domestic abuse.

Regarding her breakup with Steven Avery, Stachowski says:

We were put on a no-contact after phone calls that were made that my P.O. heard of him talking to his mom something about me, I don’t know, I don’t care. We were put on a no-contact for that, and then one day he called and asked for the camera. Well, the camera’s in police custody. I don’t have it. She had some officers come to the house and arrest me because it was third-party contact. There’s no contact at all. So I went to jail, we talked, and she said it’d be in my best interest if I left. If I stayed, I’d keep getting in trouble. Well, I ain’t getting in trouble forhim. So I moved.

When questioned about Steven Avery’s nephew Brendan Dassey, who was also convicted of Halbach’s murder, she believes he is innocent.
