Celebrating the best television shows of 2019, the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards was hostless for the first time in over a decade. The annual awards ceremony was lead by 32 nominations for “Game of Thrones”, which ended after eight seasons this year.
This year’s winners include Jharrel Jerome (Korey Wiser, When They See Us) for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie, Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Fleabag) for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister, Game of Thrones) for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series and Bill Hader (Barry Berkman, Barry) for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
