AT&T is now hiring people to work from home.

Now, AT&T is now hiring Customer Techincal Support Representatives to work from home.

AT&T explains the job is a call center opportunity. “We’re giving you a clear connection to new opportunities. Inside one of our Call Centers, you’ll help customers find solutions for the products and services they love – all while sharing what’s new and next in tech. Along the way, you’ll see what’s possible for your career with a global industry leader.”

The job offers paid-training that you will complete from home as well as opportunities to encourage your career growth. The compensation package start at $34,372.00 annually, which is $16.52 hourly, and receive pay increases every 6-months.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a desire to close the deal on sales.
  • You’ll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades.
  • While you offer solutions and resolve issues, you’ll work to transition each call to a sales opportunity; working to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Your consultative approach to customers’ needs will deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services.
