Hylton Casting is casting background actors to work on the TV series Zoltar Season 2 in interior restaurant scenes depicting a school event at a restaurant/arcade.

Filming will take place in Atlanta, GA, for four dates.

The filming dates are Tuesday, 3/7/23, Wednesday, 3/8/23, Wednesday, 3/15/23, and Monday, 3/20/23. You must be available to work on ALL dates due to continuity.

GENUINE is looking for small business owners with an eye for growth and innovation for a docu-series.

We are also interested in businesses that give back to their communities and are value-driven.

Those selected for the final project will be compensated accordingly for participation, and they and their company will be featured in a docu-series video sponsored by a major financial services company.

Rehearsals begin: on April 3, 2023
Performances start: May 5, 2023
Open-Ended Run. Approx. 8 performances/week.
Rehearsal Salary: $700/week, most favored nations.
Performance Salary: $800/week + pro-rata share with the company of 1% NAGBOR royalty on weeks above breakeven, most favored nations.
Benefits: Health/vision/dental package will be offered 90 days into employment. The contract will also include provisions for paid vacation weeks, sick leave, bereavement leave, and personal days.
Housing: Housing in the DFW area and per diem will be provided for the role of JESUS.

ABOUT HIS STORY:

Bringing an iconic story into the third millennium with contemporary vernacular and perspective, HIS STORY engages the essential struggles of our global humanity. In a poor small town in the Holy Land, a humble yet hopeful teen girl pleads with God to send the Messiah and establish a kingdom of hope and justice. God hears Mary’s prayers and sends an angel to give her a mission: to bear the promised savior. Thus this virgin brings Jesus into the world, while her boyfriend Joe doesn’t know quite what to think. Fast forward thirty years. Common-man-from-a-sketchy-family Jesus arrives in the big city, upending the traditional kingly expectation of the Messiah. He performs “miracles” and speaks great wisdom but chooses friends from the dregs of society and hangs out in the wrong part of town. Mocked by the Man, he is adored by the People.

NOTE: We are looking to cast strong, contemporary voices. ALL ethnicities are welcomed and encouraged to audition. Every effort will be made to have a cast that is reflective of the world we live in about racial diversity and gender identification.

STILL SEEKING – ROLE OF JESUS

JESUS – 18-30s male-identifying. Our charismatic star. Strong tenor to A4. Housing in the DFW area and per diem will be provided for the role of JESUS.

We are casting adults 18+ who can portray African American Men who own an Upright Bass, preferably with some instrument experience but optional.

There will be a bump if you can provide your instrument on filming day. You will not have to play for real, but you must be able to convincingly pantomime.

CASTING: WOMEN WHO EXPERIENCE MIGRAINES

GENUINE is looking for women between the ages of 25-55 diagnosed by a Health Care Professional with Migraines.

We are especially interested in flight attendants, teachers, and restaurant workers.

Tell us about your Migraine journey and how it has impacted your life!
Those selected for the final project will be paid $750 for the photo shoot, $4,000 for usage, and featured in a print & digital campaign about Migraines.

Casting TWO-YEAR-OLD BOY

For Paramount+ series filming in Ft. Worth area
Seeking:

– Black male approx. 18 mos. to 2 years old to match actors:

Lauren E. Banks (City on A Hil) & David Oyelowo (Selma)

The character will be needed on set multiple days from Mid-March thru May.
The minimum pay rate is estimated as 3k but may be adjusted if multiple children are cast to share the work load.

Only Texas residents will be considered.

We are casting for a 2-day film shoot, filming around Richmond, VA.  

We need 1770’s CIVILIAN impressions

– Men and Women (no children) for one or both days.

ROLE:

James– White male, should resemble photo/ darker hair (shorter or buzz cut) and facial hair. Should be comfortable with scripted gun violence.

Likely needed both film days.

Here is another great opportunity for the WE STRANGERS Feature! The day for background talent this week is TOMORROW, Thursday. Still determining if we will need any next week. 

If you were submitted for one of the featured roles, hopefully, we will have some decisions tomorrow.

Minor casting is for African American or Mixed Ethnicities.
Adults casting is for African Americans. We will need one Caucasian or mixed couple. 30 years and OLDER. Plus Minors.

This is a child’s Birthday Party at the apartment. May be filming some in the backyard.
It would be best if you had your reliable transportation to get to  LANSING, Illinois. 

Rate of Pay: $123.20 for up to 8 hours, plus overtime at time and one half. Please only submit if you can make yourself available and put everything else aside for this if you’d like. Could go late.

There will be a student teacher in holding to help with school work. Bring a backpack full of activity for holding.
