“Incautious” Plot Summary:
A stay-at-home mother struggles to watch over her children as she finds herself addicted to alcohol and other drugs. A broken man takes out his anguish on his wife and children.
Goals for the Project:
I am trying to create a slow burning, tense, thought provoking, dramedy story with very complex characters that convey a wide range of emotions. In addition to giving extensive verbal notes during rehearsals, I provide in-depth written character notes regarding their past along with a Scene-by-Scene analysis for each character. I possess a very close attention to detail and specific vision regarding my characters. I am a very calm person who will never yell at actors/actresses or crew and will treat everyone with the most respect.
Breakdown:
Jimmy Briggs (Male)-8-16 (Lead):
Fun, loud, energetic and passionate, but also a bit selfish and emotional at times, Jimmy is often the center of attention as he shares his hobbies and interests with his wide circle of friends, especially Mark. He speaks quickly and is very animated with his facial expressions and hand gestures.
