Job Description:
Project Sports Drink is seeking skilled basketball players for an upcoming commercial shoot. This non-union project will be filmed in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are looking for athletes with real basketball experience who can authentically portray players in various scenes, demonstrating their skills and passion for the game.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a basketball player authentically, showcasing athletic skills and an understanding of the game.
- Participate in on-court scenes, demonstrating dribbling, shooting, and other basketball techniques as directed.
- Collaborate with the director and production team to deliver engaging and energetic performances that capture the intensity and excitement of basketball.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 15-25, any ethnicity.
- Must have real basketball experience and the ability to perform on-court skills during filming.
- Comfortable participating in a full-day shoot (10-hour session) and a wardrobe fitting session.
Compensation:
- Wardrobe Fitting: $75 for a 2-hour session ($50/hour).
- Session Fee: $600 for a 10-hour day, with overtime at $75/hour.
- Additional buyout: $3000 for a 6-month term, with the option to renew for two additional 6-month terms with a 10% increase.
