Job Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and executive support

• Run personal errands and handle daily household tasks

• Assist with communication and scheduling

• Coordinate projects and organize the home office

• Support creative needs including content creation and design tasks

• Act as liaison with household staff and vendors

• Conduct online research and manage personal information

• Assist with basic financial and timekeeping tasks

• Provide pet care and manage travel logistics

Requirements
• 4–8 years of personal assistant experience (1–3 years per job minimum)

• Strong skills in Photoshop, video/photo editing, and digital design

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities

• Must be tech-savvy, discreet, and able to anticipate needs

• Passport required for occasional travel

• Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours

Compensation
• $45–$50/hour (based on experience)

• Part-time: 30 hours per week

• In-person position, minimum 3 days per week in West Hollywood
