Casting Call: Flashback and Modern Day Scenes for "Gemstones"

Project Description:

We are casting for several flashback scenes set in the year 2002, as well as modern-day scenes for "Gemstones." Scenes include a Satellite Church, City Council Meeting, and more. This is a busy week with various roles available.

Casting Roles:

1. Kids Choir (15 Kids):

• Age Range: [please specify in your submission]
• Role: Participate in choir scenes, singing and performing in a church setting.
• Responsibilities: Follow choir directions, sing as part of a group, and engage with the scene as directed.

2. Kids with Cast Members (14 Kids):

• Age Range: [please specify in your submission]
• Role: Interact with main cast members in various scenes.
• Responsibilities: Follow directions, interact naturally with cast members, and contribute to the scene’s authenticity.

3. Band Members:

• Drums
• Electric Bass
• Electric Guitar
• Acoustic Guitar
• Piano
• Pedal Steel
• Role: Perform as part of a band in the church setting.
• Responsibilities: Play the specified instrument, follow musical directions, and contribute to the musical atmosphere of the scene.

4. Pastor:

• Role: Lead the church congregation in scenes set in both the flashback and modern day.
• Responsibilities: Deliver lines, interact with the congregation, and perform pastoral duties as scripted.

5. Lighting Booth (2 People):

• Role: Operate lighting equipment in church scenes.
• Responsibilities: Manage lighting cues, ensure proper lighting setup for scenes, and work closely with the director and production team.
