COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Staircase:
-Please be advised that, effective 9/23/21, prior to working on STAIRCASE, all background ages 12 and older cast must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or since receiving a single shot of Johnson & Johnson).
-The parent/guardian of any child cast must also be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or since receiving a single shot of Johnson & Johnson)
-You must be able to show proof of vaccination status prior to your start date. All vaccination records will be maintained confidentially and securely by production.
-If you are offered employment on STAIRCASE and would like to request an accommodation to this policy due to medical or religious reasons, you must submit your request for approval via WarnerMedia’s Xempt portal.

10 Girls’ Soccer Team Extras
-Extras booked for these scenes will be portraying a soccer team celebrating after a game in a pizza joint – you will not need to know how to play soccer to be booked for these scenes.
-Girls of all ethnicities, ages 10-13
Friday, 11/5/21 (6AM – 12PM, you may test any time within this time frame)
-You MUST test BOTH dates.
-Testing is located in Atlanta, GA.
-Your child and the parent/guardian that will be accompanying them on set must attend COVID-19 testing two consecutive dates before the date of filming.
-Minors under the age of 1 will not be tested. The parent/guardian that accompanies them must be tested.
-The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR (nasal swab) Test.
-While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.
-All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
-You may not provide test results from another outside source. You MUST be tested by the STAIRCASE Health and Safety team.

-Minors ages 6 years – 9 years old may be on set up to 8 hours each day.
-Minors ages 9 years – 16 years old may be on set up to 10 hours each day.
-Call time will not be provided until the day before the filming date. Please do not submit if you do not have open availability for the time frame listed above.
-COVID-19 testing bumps: COVID-19 testing bumps of a quarter check rate for any testing outside of a work date
-The Georgia Department of Labor has implemented an electronic registration system for Minors in Entertainment.
-All children under the age of 18 years in the entertainment industry in GA are subject to the GA Dept of Labor’s rules concerning minors in entertainment. A representative of the minor must register the minor with the GA Dept of Labor prior to performing in GA.

-If your child is selected to work as an extra, on the day that they work as an extra you must bring the appropriate forms of identification for your child for their payment.

-Please take these photos standing against a solid wall with good lighting. You may use a camera phone.
-Please submit a head shot and a full length body shot.
-Do not submit photos with snapchat filters, black and white photos, photos where you are wearing hats or sunglasses, and photos that do not reflect your current look, hair style, etc.
Submission Policy:
-If you are selected for this extra role, we will contact you to provide you with all filming details for the date/dates that you are booked to work. Please note, submitting on this page does not guarantee that you will be booked to work as an extra in these scenes, it only places you under consideration.
-Background actors will work in Zone A on this production and will not wear PPE while in front of the camera. In order to confirm whether background actors qualify for certain production protocols applicable to individuals fully vaccinated against COVID-19, “Staircase” (North Center Productions, Inc.) is asking for background actors to provide their vaccination status. Should producers elect to implement a mandatory vaccination policy in Zone A, background actors may be required to submit proof of vaccination status, such as a vaccination card.
